No data protection and broke the law giving my room number and confirmation im in the hotel and letting a general member of the public to come to my room and not even a sorry

Room was great but hotel has zero data protection policy you will see when i upload full video on youtube

The fact a general member of the public walked into the hotel and got my room number and come to my room from the staff in reception and done nothing about it

Avoid like the plague no data protection

No privacy or data protection broke the law and gave a random person my room number and confirmed im Staying at the hotel

Convenient for visiting our family.

All of good quality very good breakfast service. Room nice and warm,and comfortable bed. Good to see upgrades to the hotel which will make it excellent. Good car parking.

Clean spacious room

Breakfast very good. Room cleanliness. Friendly staff.

Not knowing if I had a double bed or a twin room. Not a good taxi service into and out of town. Never knew when they would turn up. Always late (20 mins plus) on pick up after concert. Not the Hotels fault. Best use own car to get into and out of town.

Lovely friendly staff..Close to all the city center and lots to do around the area..very clean and comfortable bed

Was very busy at breakfast and had to go back yo our room and wait for half an hour to try again..was OK the second time we went back..although it wasn't a problem for us it could be for people needing to leave earlier

Restaurant being closed and being asked to pay extra £3.00 for upgrade that did not exist!!

Staff were very friendly and the restaurant food was great, small and cosy but not over populated :)

The only reason I gave and 9 and not 10 was because I think there should be some sort of vending machine, snacks or sandwiches to buy as there is no food anywhere late at night. We had gotten back from a wedding and I was starving, there was nowhere around to get food and the petrol station was also closed so just something on offer incase guests are hungry would of been fab.

Room was small but fine for one person, it had all the usual amenities, but there was a connecting door and I could hear the guests in the adjoining room talking. They were not being loud, just talking, but I found this annoying. I didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment. The bed was comfortable. Free parking was a bonus

I would have preferred not to have had the connecting door, making the room quieter.

the staff are great happy and helpful you had some gluten free food

beds uncomfortable to hard tv remote didn’t work tv channels need sorting out we were put all the way down the end near the noisy garage need more of a choice for gluten free

Unfortunately the bar area was being refurbished so no where to relax in the evening.

great receptionist - very friendly

there doesn’t appear to be large family rooms (Ie for three people). I do think it’s expensive.
