Rooms are generally clean. Beds and bedding are clean. Spacious rooms are a bonus point.

The towels (both rooms 7 & 9 May) are in urgent need for replacement.

Staff wasn’t too friendly, especially lady at front desk.

the room was smelling fresh and clean and it was spacious the bed was very big and comfortable with fresh linen

the aircon was not working and yet it was cold, i needed to keep warm or atleast have extra blankets

Wifii was working fine. Hot water shower perfect.

I had a small old TV with no much channels. The kitchen had not much options too eat had to order outside.

Struggling to get an invoice from this property. When I was there they said I must obtain from Bookings.com but Bookings.com states the property must issue the invoice. Unacceptable as I need this for reimbursement purposes.

The wash basin in bathroom did not let the water out. I believe the drain was blocked

There was no milk or creamer for the next day's coffee or tea. The noise policy was not complied with by others. Security walks around with headphones instead of asking guests to be quiet in the corridor. Not the worst place but I have seen better.
