Staff was really hospitable, welcoming and supportive. When I first arrived, I was told there was no reservation for me at that time at 2AM (despite email confirmation prior to arrival). The staff Giovanni and another front desk staff - Rickman (not sure of the name, a security staff as well as having to call the maintenance out at that time of the morning worked together to fix a room for us. I commend them for going above and beyond, as I was told "they can fix the bed but do not know how to spread the duvet" to accommodate for the night. I highly commend them for the work of accommodating us that night.,
I didn't like that it was nightmare trying to sort out the accommodations. I emailed Booking,com to clarify the reservation specifics and was told the hotel can do it but then the hotel tells you I have to go through bookigs.com. It had seemed as if when emailing the hotel, email conversations is not recorded so that when I speak with another staff there is no record or knowledge of what was spoken of before. I seemed to have been going in circles. The confusion when I arrived and was told I was expected another day, was really distressing. I emailed 2 days prior to arriving and stated the arrival time and date in my email and the person who emailed me back stated it was confirmed. After my arrival and being told that there was no reservation...well you can imagine how it was for my party and I. When I spoke with the staff who had confirmed my email referred to my very first email, not the very recent one of 2 days prior...Stating all of this I'm hoping that changes can be made regarding conversations with staff regarding the reservations can be recorded and updated accordingly.
The invoice i received does not itemize, it gives a total figure, not very helpful.

The front receptionist at the front desk was very unfriendly person and no sense of urgency!!! Seems like she didn't even want to be there woking. As someone who was supposed to be welcoming guests, she was people skills.!!!

The people in the reception Mark, Tinisha, Keshia and Althes were very nice and helpfull. All the servants in the restaurant were also very nice.

the room was pretty huge. the staff was friendly, the room was clean.
the noise around the property, unfortunately I couldn’t sleep because of it. the driver assigned to pick me up from the airport was driving recklessly.

The room was too small. The tiles were not bright and clean. The bathtub was too small.

the staff were so friendly. Nothing was too big an ask. the renovated rooms are great value for money, it is clean and the restaurant food was delicious.
location means you have to get a taxi everywhere you go. However pavements aren’t usually in most of Guyana so it was something we had to get used too. The hotel is very close to the main highway meaning some noise does bleed into your stay.

Mark at the front desk was very efficient and super friendly. The 24hr coffee and tea station was great to have.
Musty smell in the room that never went away. Mosquitos in the room were a nuisance at night. Very noisy location next to a main road.

I hope they reopen the main entrance to the Hotel. I would have used the pool but I was a little put off that anyone entering the hotel via the side entrance, first thing they encountered was the pool area..
Also perhaps in their renovation they could think about a gym area?

It is my first time there,i choose it because i am from the east coast.but it way above my expectation.I will surely spread your name to friends and family and i know where i am always would be staying. great staff ,great property, love you guys.
No smoking,security,food .cool ac and no rif rafs on the property. keep it that way management. Friendly staff,all of them made me feel very welcome.

I didn't like that the location of the pool, which is one of the primary reasons for me booking at the hotel was located in the same area as the dinning / restaurant. There isn't enough distance between the two spaces.
