Great location, everything just nearby. Better price and room if compared with other similar hotels. Staff responding fast.

Light in the bathroom not enough, especially above the mirror area. They shouldn't use torn mat to put for guest in the bathroom.

- The staff are helpful and polite - The room is spacious, - Next door is a factory outlet store with connecting access for hotel lobby - with 10% discount for guest staying in the hotel, better quality than other outlet store along Jalan Riau - Several great local cafe surround and within walking distance

- Cigarette smell in the room is too strong even after I asked for air refresher. This is the main issue. - The bedsheet and linen should be washed up in a better laundry. - As I took the exec room, I got a more spacious room but alas this is in the front side facing the road without sound proof from the busy road.

I can't connect to the wifi, only refill the shampoo, the bath soap wasn't refilled, and they just gave 1 slipper
