Nice location, nice room, nice beds. 24 hour reception

It was quite cold at night. On 2nd day one guy joined us (4 people room) and was disrupting our sleep. I had to call for the reception twice to calm him down.

It was one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. It's a clean hostel where you can stay safely. It's within walking distance of all the tourist attractions in the city center. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Iresha helped us with every problem, she's very patient and does her job very well. I've stayed in a hostel many times before. But I can say that this hostel is the best. Thank you very much.

La habitación era amplia y cómoda. Muy buena ubicación del hostel. Buena atención del personal.

Había un olor feo y extraño en la habitación y el baño privado, también en algunas de las zonas compartidas.

Zelo lep, moderen hostel v centru mesta oz na glavni ulici. Posebne komore za spanje namesto klasicnih podgradov. Udobne postelje in zasebni prostor z zaveso. Stenske in vratne poslikave dajo se poseben car.

Da osebje ne govori hrvasko. Premalo oznaceno iz strani ulice. Ko sem prispela ni bilo nikogar na recepciji ceprav pise, da je recepcija odprta 24 ur.

I actually feel like the hostel reads reviews and really improve, because many minuses were fixed by the time I was there "Capsule" beds with curtains give privacy Elevator is there and working (slow but who cares) Breakfast is included and is in form of self-service, stuff was adding food during breakfast. It included: cereals, musli, milk, bread, butter, jam, choko paste, cheese, salami, tomatoes, cucumbers, fruity drinks. Very good for free breakfast! Fresh fruits were available in the kitchen during all day, tea also Location is amazing! You're going down right to the main street Enormous amount of cafes and restaurants around Free lockers, 3 euros for towel Bathroom was clean, that's great that there're 2 showers, never needed to wait Warm and not stuffy bedroom, you can regulate temperature, good mattresses Nice comfy common area Very caring stuff! When I just moved in, they checked several times on me if everything is good When I moved out, I could leave my luggage till evening, and stay in common area with comfy coach, tea as long as I needed till bus. They even helped me with my bus tickets Social activities and city info is also provided on the desk

The only thing which I didn't like first was that in shower there was only fixed shower head in "tropical rain" style, no portable one. Thought it can be hard to take shower without getting hair wet But turned out it was ok (and more hygienic I guess)

Bed and room were huge. Two steps from the main square, restaurants, shops... The elevator is very slow, but everyone is fine with it: they have a certificate of the World's Slowest Elevator, it takes 1:00:56 to go up 3 floors. ;)

Check out at 10 a.m. maybe too early.

Free breakfast. Comfortable beds. Staff friendly. Good location.

Can be quite noisy at times from the locals / parties. The smell / size of the ladies bathrooms.

Super emplacement en plein centre de Zagreb ! Les lits couchettes étaient spacieux er confortables. La cuisine bien équipée.

Propreté des parties communes à améliorer, je ne suis pas certaine que le ménage soit fait tous les jours. Le personnel ne m'a pas donné une impression de très grand sérieux, j'ai même cru au départ qu'ils étaient là en tant que guests 😄

there was a time that there was no elctricity and i have to use the toilet and shower, which is so hard when you're just trying to make it from pitch black darkness

The hostel is in the centre of Zagreb, just few minutes to many sights. The beds are very nice, wide and comfortable, shelves inside a “cube” are enough to store necessary things overnight. You can ask for anything at the reception - towels, blankets (as it was quite cold in the end of September), but they also have heating. Reception is ready to help you 24/7. There is however an elevator but even if it’s very slow it saves you if you have heavy suitcases or backpacks with you, or just are very tired :) There is a breakfast included but as we left in the early morning we didn’t taste it, but the kitchen can be used 24/7 also.

As it is situated in the centre, it is very loud in the night with the open windows, but you can get earplugs at the reception. It’s not so clean in the bathrooms and toilets, the doors, shelves and floor don’t look clean in the bathroom. Sometimes there were no paper towels or toilet paper. One day the fridge wasn’t working properly, but the next day everything was ok.

The hostel is in a good position and has some activities going on. The common area is nice and so is the smoking area. The staff is okay.

The pub crawling was not the best I've ever had and the hostel is on the third floor without elevator so was a bit hard going up and down every time

The location was great and the curtain for every bed gives you a privacy zone too. I was surprised that the breakfast was included. It was a very humble breakfast, but still, it exceeded my expectations.

The two showers are really limited, the lamp above one shower didn’t burn and in the morning one toilet’s flush also didn’t work. Some things just didn’t work properly.

Bed was great, lots of rooms to put your stuff besides you and lots of privacy Huge lockers to fit your whole backpack! Very central location

Showers were not super clean, breakfast was very simple, and the hostel was a bit noisy at night, I should have had noticed before it was a party hostel :)

The hostel was right in the centre of Zagreb. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Lockers are quite big and you don't need your own lock. The beds are like capsules and you have a curtain to give you some privacy.

To go to the hostel you have to walk up the stairs and it was one the third floor. The second floor had no lights and there were what appeared to be empty boxes abandoned there. There was no lights on that floor and it was very sketchy. The kitchen/common area was spacious but it rained while I was there and water was leaking through the roof. Also no a/c on those areas. The bathroom situation could be better. For example, hooks to hang your stuff in the shower would be nice. There are two showers for men only.

- Amazing location, close to everything - Staff were adorable - Beds were comfortable and private - Small but free breakfast - Great to meet people with the organised activities. - Overall pretty clean Also I overslept on my check out but they were so nice about it! :)

- Music from the bar downstairs could get loud but nothing earplugs can’t solve! - The « luggage storage » is just leaving it in a corner at reception so not that safe…

The rate of hygiene of the sheets and shower area/bathroom. The breakfast is really not fulfilling.

Nice that my room had curtains, so you had a lot of privacy even tough you were with 8 people in a room. The common area in the hostel was nice as well. Had a nice time with Maia and Felipe, who worked at the Whole Wide World Hostel. Had some nice talks with them and they answered all of my questions!

Perfect location, it was close to everything. The bed were comfortable. Breakfast was good. It was included so can't complain.

Most of the time the hostel smelled like cigarette smoke. They have a smoking room but the doors are always open so it just smells like smoke everywhere. There are only 2 showers for the hostel so you end up waiting and they are small with barely any room to hang your clothes and towel.
