The ambience of the place and room look more cosy in pictures (in reality, it feels more like a uni dorm, functional and bland).

It was clean, and well kept, nice decor, also very safe.
The corridor had a weird smell, due to size I would have sacrificed the kitchen for a larger bathroom. Also due to size - a shower door would prevent the water from splashing all over the entire bathroom and after a while the shower curtain becomes unsanitary.

The location of the hotel was spot on and it was very near the Metro subway so it was very easy to travel around to other places. The hotel is like an apartment so they have all the facilities you will need and it's like staying at a home so everything is very comfy and very easily to access also they have the 24/7 WhatsApp team - Mary, Maica and Lily, that you can always contact. They were very helpful and they message you back very quickly so you don't need to wait long and they are always there to support you and help you with any problems you may have. Before I went to the hotel I was very confused so I asked many questions on the WhatsApp chat and they were very helpful the answer to all my questions patiently and I find that very reassuring knowing that there is someone to help me.
About the facilities and the room the room was very comfy it had everything you need and on the TV you can connect to your Netflix and YouTube very easily and the Wi-Fi is very strong so you don't need to worry about having no connections. Also one thing I liked was the laundry service because they are free and they provide the laundry powder for you as well so you don't need to buy it yourself and there's always someone to assist you for example if you need to do your laundry but you also need to head out the stuff can help you make sure your washing is done and then they will put it in the dry cleaning machine for you and if it's finished they will deliver it to your room which was perfect because I didn't need to wait in my room for my laundry to be done before I head out.

Very centrally located hotel in China Town with value for money rates for Singapore, the rooms are on the smaller side but they have everything that you need in them including a small kitchen and quite large bathroom and a double bed, they have 2 washing and drying machines in the main hall that are complimentary to use which is a great amenity especially for back packer looking to save some money, the hotel is self check in but the 2 ambassadors Rizza and Irene are available via WhatsApp to help you if you need help
Check in process is a bit complicated and can only be done when you are on the hotel wifi in the front entrance hall which is a bit small and would suggest they put a shelf or table there to make it easier to deal with your bag, wallet, credit card and mobile phone as there is no where to put anything down - so your juggling things

J'ai apprécié la localisation de l'hôtel dans un quartier particulièrement central. Le MRT est proche et dessert beaucoup de lieux à visiter. Le personnel a été très accueillant. La chambre était comme décrite, avec toutes les commodités (sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser, ...).
Rien à signaler. J'ai trouvé que tous les équipements ainsi que les photos sont conformes à la description.

The entire staff (Maica, Mary, Nina) was very friendly. Mary, the Heritage Ambassador, whom I communicated with the most throughout my stay helped me with my checking in, checking out and also assisted in getting a cab for me to the airport. This is the first time I stayed in a Digital Aparthotel. Mary put me at ease and really impressed me with her helpfulness, exceptional customer service and a most pleasant attitude. That solidified my second stay at this place prior to returning home. Thank you.

The laundry machine, the fridge, the iron, the cutlery, the microwave, the distance to MRT Chinatown, the comfy and clean room.
The staff, Mary, also helped my mom and me to bring the luggage even though its my duty really.
Overall its a really great experience.
Tbh i want people to not know about this place so the price wont hike 😋
Hopefully the price can be slightly lower.
I've tried to turn off all electricity when I'm gone because i really love the place and just hoping the price wont hike in the future.

I was looking for a hotel - not expensive, clean, in the center - and I found all 3 here. The room was quite compact but not small, everything I needed was there: fridge, table/chair, spacious bed (it was a double), clean and functional shower room, perfectly working air conditioning unit on the wall. It was quiet at night. I had a bit of a problem with registration in the hotel app and I had someone helping me all the way through via WhatsUp, I didn't find the key-box at first and again - I had help on WhatsUp. There was noone at the hotel when I arrived, but there was someone 24/7 in WhatsUp and they replied straight away.
Nice and touristy area, friendly coffee place "Grids Coffee Bar" across the road (fruit smoothy like breakfast is cool), several cheap Chineese cafes, 15 minutes walk to National gallery of Singapore (the locals advise to go by bus, 10 cents per ride, don't forget to check-in and out) and about 20-25 minutes to Marina Bay, Giant Trees and posh shops. I also suggest a bus to Little India and Arabs street.
I arrived late, so took a taxi from the airport. Bought a local sim card (cheapest one is enough, don't fall for 100G one), found signs for taxis and then QR codes of local taxis on the board next to taxi pick-up point. A taxi cost me about 20 local dollars. I took a train on the way back - quick and easy. Don't stay more than an hour in the heat, carry water with you, use shops to cool down :)

Shower wasnt very powerful and didnt get very hot, tiny room and would have been nice for the host to provid some water bottles in the room when we first arrived. There is no room cleaning unless you stay a week or longer.

What i like about the hotel is its location. It’s very close to grocery store/mall, food stall, 7eleven, hawker, MRT, bus station, souvenir shop etc.
Another thing i liked about this hotel is the availability of kitchenette in our room and common laundry which was very essential for us in our 8days stay in SG.
The most important i love in this hotel are the friendly and accommodating staff (especially Mary, Alex and Maica- 10⭐️), they made sure we were comfortable during our stay at the hotel and all are queries were answered quickly.

Booking via Booking.com was a real pain! I thought I had carefully combed through the listings to ensure I booked a room with a window. On arrival, I was told I hadn't. It was CRITICAL to me to have a window and that should have been simple and clear in the booking process.

The location of the hotel proved to be incredibly convenient. Being just a three-minute walk from the MRT Chinatown Station, I found it effortless to navigate the city and explore the countless attractions that Singapore has to offer. It is also surrounded by bustling hawker places, lively shopping streets, and an overall infectious ambiance, the hotel truly immerses guests in the heart of Chinatown. It was an absolute delight to savor the authentic local delicacies at the nearby hawker centers and explore the vibrant streets brimming with culture and energy. Lastly, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the accommodating and responsive team.

Heritage Collection was really close to both Chinatown and Maxwell MRT stations so it was very convenient to get around and explore, and the bed was super comfortable so we got great sleep after long days spent outside. Whilst there is no physical reception, our hosts Kat & Ken were extremely hospitable and responsive to our needs, and were always only a WhatsApp message away. 10/10 would recommend!
