The staff are responsive and kind.

The place is very clean and confortable. Near of everything.

I booked 1 bedroom apartment, just before my checkin date, host messaged me that they upgraded our room to 2 bedroom apartment with the same charge! We enjoyed our stay and host is super supportive in terms of house keeping, hospitality and also no fee for the late checkout.

This place was like a holiday to hell, about 10c hotter inside the apartment than outside. No windows in the bedrooms. A blind that was a piece of old cloth taped to roller with duct tape. Infestation of ants, mould in the kitchen, dirt and filth everywhere, warm water from the cold tap, constant locked out of the building as codes didn’t work on the main door. Looked nothing like the pictures, it’s the same place but looks so tired and dirty. The dust and dirt was disgusting. The staff held my security deposit for over a week as well because I dared to complain. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me, and a £30 Amazon voucher doesn’t cut it. This property is a catfish, the pictures are not what you are getting!!! Be warned 10/10 do not recommend unless you like dirty and infested sweat boxes!

The apartment was a good size and the beds were comfortable.

Was caught off guard a little bit because there weren't any toiletries in the shower. Yes there were of course towels etc but usually at a hotel you are supplied with simple things like that. Also, the checking in/out was a little awkward in my opinion. When you check out you of course have to leave your parking fob inside the apartment. So it's inconvenient having to move my car from the underground parking to just on the street outside, then having to go back in and return the parking fob/permit.

good location,nice big flat,great customer service,great owner.I had few issues,but they were resolved very quick by the owner which i appreciate a lot.Will defo book again.

bit dusty in few places,missing bulbs in the bedroom and toilet and broken fan which was replaced in few hrs .
