Staff, when there was any, was reasonably kind and accommodating. The location was close to the city center.

The whole building was dirty and very run down. There was literal garbage on the reception area (which, by the way, isn't open for most of the day) and random stuff accumulating in the surfaces. The family bedroom wasn't as bad as some other areas, but still not minimally clean. Other than making the bed with freshly washed sheets, some very light (2 minutes) vacuuming (which is the bare minimum by any standards), and spraying some odor control spray, there's no much cleaning happening. The carpet was stained, the shower was gross, the corners of the floor had layers and layers of accumulated dust and fluff.

Id seen it was a 1* Property but this shouldnt even be allowed on Booking.com. Broken Bed, Stained Walls, Stained Floor, Rubbish on floor, wet patch on floor, dirty towels, no toilet roll in toilet, shower beyond disgusting.

No key to lock door,room filthy,1 cup,1 towel,shower screen broken.Made Fawlty Towers look like Claridges.Do not stay there.

We dint book any breakfast. Only location is good.

As soon as we checked in the room was very dirty and dusty. Tv table was all dusty , we had kids and infants with us. We had to clean the table with out own wet wipes. Cupboard hangers were all dusted. Bathroom and basin was all dirty . In the bathroom old shampoo and shower gel empty bottles the soap stand. No toilet rolls and shampoo in one of the room. Toilet was all with stains and brown. Kettel was with all dusty. We cudnt use it, TV was with all dust. We asked for a bedding and Tom who is in charge said he run out of laundry. And tols us he would hoover the room which was not done when we came back to hotel in the late night.The bedsheets and duvet was all dusty. We had literally dust the bedsheet and turn upside down. We dont expect high service from the low budget. We dint mind to pay extra, but cleanliness, hygiene should be the priority when you have infants and kids before 5 yrs. Wish i had few picture's to show and send yourl as a feed back. No one even came to ask us next day if there anything needs to be changed like laundry or we need toiletries etc.

Front door not secure. Couldn’t see a Fire Alarm panel at the entrance and smoke detector in my room was covered with a plastic bag. Bathroom had mould on the walls. The water may have sat in the pipes for a while and may not meet requirements for Legionella disease. The property is very run down and lacking in any maintenance. Not a place that I would ever stay in again. Not really sure why it is on your list of properties. You should really visit the Gotel and inspect it for yourself.

Extremely dirty! Hair and dirt inside the bed. There was crushed food, old cashew nuts and crumbles on the carpet upon checking in. Very dirty walls, bathroom was despicable, the colour of the pillows which once were white will make you vomit. When contacted the owner, he did not bother to reply or contact us back

There was dirty underwear under the bed and the floor didn’t look like it had been hoovered in weeks. Wasn’t very clean at all.

When I got there there was no one at the desk,so I had to wait, in the room no teaspoon, not enough milk, not very good WiFi connection, no toilet rolls, no information in the room

The location was not far from stores and bus stops. I did not book a room with free breakfast

The hotel must have at least local taxi numbers posted at the reception since they are much more reliable to book a ride than using uber or bolt, which have no available cars to pick you up in this area.

It's very rundown and in need to doing up. We got a cheap night away within 2 mins of the town centre. Comfy twin beds. Extra heater provided. Free parking a bonus

Place is in a perfect location, rooms are ok, Staff are only there for few hours a day, making it impossible to communicate anything Facilities are ok But for £40/£50 per night, its worth it

Very poor quality hygiene and cleanliness in toilet shower areas. Could easily be improved - communal areas basic. Looks like it's being used as a HMO ( house of multiple occupancy.
