we enjoyed the panoramic views of mountains and lakes and walks with views. Large dining terrace with beautiful views. The peace and tranquillity is exceptional, as it is in a remote location.

No vegetarian meal options other than one pasta dish.

We loved this place. Amazing view. Amazing people. Amazing food. We felt right at home. our two dogs loved it too. Roaming around free with all the other animals. Amazing.

There was nothing to dislike.

The location of the property was stunning, however the initial road taken to arrive at it was barely accessible. Clear, specific directions would be helpful. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food, and the kitchen's amenability to cater for various diets, was exceptionally good. The included breakfast was perfect, with lots of choice of quality food.

We were disappointed that the swimming pool was closed and feel this should have been made clear at the time of booking.

The staff was extremely kind. The food was delicious. The views were spectacular and the grounds were kept so nicely. Anything we asked for was provided right away. We really enjoyed all of the animals and freedom to roam around and explore.

We paid extra to have air conditioning in the room because it was almost 100 degrees fahrenheit. There was only one small AC unit on the entire floor. It had just been turned on when we arrived, and it took almost 24 hours for it to actually cool the space down (we were on the top floor). We all had difficulty sleeping the first night because it was so hot. We moved all of the beds into the one room with the AC unit. We asked for an extra fan to help circulate the air, which they brought up right away.

The view across the lake and beyond is simply stunning. The set price dinner with wine was excellent and at just 25 euros represented great value. Breakfast was excellent also.

The property appeared to be deserted when we arrived. After wandering around for 10 minutes trying to locate reception the owner appeared and asked us what we are doing there. We showed her our booking and she claimed to have no record of it. Accordingly, our rooms were not ready. We were then offered a coffee while we waited which was appreciated.
