it’s the best place to stay in mount lavinia :) every time we are in colombo we come back there. the place is nice, clean, comfortable, has a cool pool and very helpful and friendly staff. the location is perfect because you are close to the beach, all the shops, restaurants and main road but it’s not too noisy and busy around. totally recommend. the building itself is a very nice old house and has its unique atmosphere.

Really excellent service provider and a very homely atmosphere. Staff were all polite and efficient especially the night man. The pool was lovely, cool and well protected from hot sun. Overall I was very impressed with everything about the hotel. I would highly recommend.

Great location, very friendly staff. Not all speak English, but it is in Sri Lanka! Food available on request to a certain time and they can supply you beer and drinking water bottles at a reasonable fee. Would recommend for a good cheap stay.

There are power cuts in Srilanka these days . 3 hours per day. The property had no power generator. So during power cuts there was no alternate source of electricity.
