욕실 곰팡이 군데 군데 있더군요
메이가 청소를 안한게 아니라 시설보수를 해야할듯하네요
그리고 이번 숙박중 제일 불쾌했던건,현장회원가입권유하셔서 가입하고 외출중에 1층 카운터 여직원에게 보여드렸더니 어플을 다시 깔고 가입유무를 확인해야 한다하시네요? 웹으로 로그인되어 있었는데 말이죠
검사까지해서 쿠폰 받을생각이 없어 됐다 했습니다

The room was spacious and comfortable. There are many food options, convenience stores and Olive Young around the hotel. Great location.
As we went during winter, the room can get rather hot and stuffy as we could not adjust the room temperature. We had to open the windows slightly. The pillow was also too soft for us. If you are renting a car to go around Jeju, be sure to rent a smaller size car as the hotel car park entrance is quite tight.

Best value for airport location. Staff was excellent. Seems like the front desk would anticipate my needs before I could ask. They were very thorough in addressing any concerns and very knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things about them.

just sit bus 365 at bus stand / platform number 4 at jeju airport and it will bring u to the bus stand nearby Shilla Stay Jeju and walk just 1 minute and u will reach Shilla Stay Jeju. good hotel good vibes . good breakfast as well !

The breakfast was really good
Found that the floor wasn’t clean on the first night and black long hair on towels and quilt (I don’t have black or long hair)

Breakfast was decent and staff were friendly.
The shower head was broken so couldn't use the shower properly. Also the wallpaper in the room itself was bubbling and wrinkled. The wall was distorted
I thought parking was supposed to be free as per the website, however ended up paying for parking too.

Room is nice with 2 queen beds. Good enough for family of 4.
The location was quite congested with cars as there were eateries around the hotel. So just be careful if you are driving a rental car.

Every staff was really friendly. The hotel and the room were so clean and calm. It was good to stay near the airport.
