It is certainly a luxury hotel and very comfortable. The conference facilities were also very good.

It was quite expensive for what it provided.

The most glaring shortcoming was food. The restaurant of the hotel, and the only restaurant of notice around, was awfully expensive, especially if you prefer non-Korean, or non-Asian food. For a buffet serving, admittedly quite a lot of choices, but nearly all Korean, the price was exorbitant. Some noodles with cheese, a cookie, and a beer 100$ is too much. Fortunately, there is a very nice, cool restaurant juts across the street, but they are closed half of the week. The other thing is that the reception is at 1st floor, to be access only by rolling stairs (no lift, or not easily visible). Having so much luggage, I tripped and fell badly. The ergonomics of the hotel entrance does not look well thought through. Finally, the location should be great, just across the seashore (no beach etc., though), but the surroundings are rather barren, especially for a non-Korean. Yes, many restaurants, but all with Korean food. Some diversity would have been expected from a top notch hotel, inside, and outside.

near to sea, gym was q good, breakfast selection was good, free parking, no hot water for the first nite.

View was good with free parking. Kids suite with the bunk bed was good and sizeable.

Toilet plumbing system was not very good as the water in the shower area took a while to subside. Ceiling above the bathroom basin was also leaking. Overall hotel feels a little old. Disappointed flthat there weren't any toothbrush and toothpaste provided given that this is a 5star hotel.

The room was great along with the facilities and the mountain view. The staff was very nice and helpful. I really liked the main conference hall which had an ocean view.

The staff would clean the room and change the towels every day which is of course very nice, but I would like to be able to decide when and if it is needed.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. Great facilities such as indoor pool and gym. Personnel is kind and helpful.

It was not clear that the water was complimentary so I bought too much water and did not use all the bottles that they kept leaving in my room.

Location of hotel was actually good, very near airport. There are eating places around so it was easy to settle our meals. Staff could speak English and that made our lives easier. They were very helpful and helped us call for cabs early morning. Thank you for the good service.

There were 3 of us staying in the room but everyday, there were only 2 towels and 2 complimentary water bottles. I was told we were entitled to 4 water bottles so I had called the first night for one more towel and 2 more bottles. The front desk staff passed them to me very quickly. Second night, I had to call again and the third night, the same thing happened and i basically gave up. I just wished housekeeping had checked how many guests were in the room before replenishing the number of towels and bottles given that this is a 5 star hotel. No smart TV. Cld have been better if I could log in to netflix. Cable TV were mostly in Korean.

Housekeeping and laundry service responded fast and friendly. The seaside view from room was great. Overall, Hotel has nice surroundings and friendly staff.

Suggest hotel provide welcome.drink for guest arriving. Suggest to have a guest lounge for guests to rest while waiting for check-in. After guest check-in, suggest hotel can assist guest to bring luggages to the room.

The location was excellent, right on the water and near plenty of restaurants.

The outdoor pool was closed and the indoor pool required swim caps, which you had to purchase separately if you didn't have one. There was also no solid door or wall between the bedroom and bathroom, so it wasn't very private.

Breakfast overlooking the sea is beautiful. Laundry team was good and fast.

No iron in the room

The sea view is absolutely stunning and the beds were really comfortable. Also, the service was really nice. the hotel is huge, but spacious, so you don't really notice other people.

Very odd choice to have bathroom separated by louvre doors and to have a louvred window into the bedroom. The window is too high to make any sense really. It might've have been a choice to improve air circulation, it didn't really help though because wooden elements are swollen with moisture. In general, as for being one of the theoretically fancier hotels in the neighbourhood, it was surprisingly dated.

We used the hotel more than expected due to very poor weather, and it looks impressive and the rooms were large and comfortable and had nice extras like bath robes. But it wasn’t as good as the price requires given much cheaper options available Breakfast buffet was decent with lots of options but quite expensive

The hotel advertises a restaurant but it was closed for the whole time we were there. The only option was the buffet which was extortionately expensive. We ordered room service which was expensive and also incredibly disappointing - the food arrived cold, options were very limited, everything was tasteless - the noodles from the convenience store were better than those we got in room service! We booked the hotel because of the leisure facilities but they were all closed in the day we arrived and on the next day the gym and pool were open but the outdoor pool was closed. We paid a lot of money to stay here but it didn’t feel worth it when half the facilities were closed

1. employees. little speak English, too arrogant in talking and service. 2. food. terrible food from the room service. worth not trying at all. 3. cups are not cleaned well.
