The first breakfast was good but the second one was not pleasing ,They bought a packet of milk near by shop and added water.

I liked only the garden around the hotel. We choosed

It was very dirty... The sheets were with holes everywhere. Bad smell in room and in bathroom. The breakfast is a huge disappointment. The staff tried to make me pay Doble... There is a construction next door in hotel. And the mosque is too close be ready to get up very early in the morning!

Good size of the rooms

Excellent place for first night in Africa after long flight. 40$ for night was good price for bed, shower and breakfast for two. Not far from airport and good place to start safari.

The breakfast was satisfactory, I didn't have high expectations and so the offerings while not being exceptional did meet the low bar i had set. There was wifi throughout the hotel which worked well.

Be aware that as a "Christian" hotel there are no alcoholic beverages sold on the property but the staff can be helpful in that regard from nearby stores. The air conditioner and tv were not functional but this was not much of an issue as it wasn't particularly warm and opening the windows allowed for the room to cool.

Nice cosy hotel. Friendly staff. Healthy breakfast. Great water pressure in room 207 and an awesome view of Mt. Meru. The room is also air-conditioned.

Super helpful staff, they arranged everything for me... I had to leave n the early morning and they give a box lunch which was very much appreciated...

it was fine until some of our money went missing after the cleaners cleaned our room.

the stuff don’t really care for their customers a cleaner took my money instead of a manger to come and try solve the issue instead I was brought the suspected to help me. 8 hours later I decided to ask speaking to the manager when I found out he didn’t even know what was going on. he then promised to help but he never did he took my number and everything but they never contacted me to inform me anything. so I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there

the garden was amazing, it was so fresh and peaceful. rooms are okay, at least clean. rooms have balconies, mine was Mount Kilimanjaro view :) the kind ladies at the reception were really nice and helpful. the breakfast was so tasteful.

we wanted to have two steaks but there was only one left. then we ordered fish fillet but it was kinda burnt.

They didn't have any bed in the restaurant and shower heads were clogged up so it didn't came much water from shower head.

The hotel is very nicely decorated in real hardwood. The room was spacious and clean with a big comfortable bed. The outside has a very nice garden that's good for enjoying the breeze and relaxing. The restaurant was very good for dinner and breakfast. The staff were all fantastic and friendly and made for a wonderful stay. I will be staying here any time I am in Arusha and recommend it as a great start or end stay for safari.
