All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and flexible. The food in the restaurant was tasty and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed using the swimming pool and watching sports on TV in the beer garden. The location was convenient for accessing Arusha town and nearby restaurants and bars. We were offered complimentary late check out which was gratefully received as our flight was late evening.
The charge to pay on credit/debit card was quite high and the food in the restaurant took quite a long time to arrive. The room could have been slightly cleaner on arrival, although we did book very late in the day and arrived at short notice so maybe this is why. Otherwise all good!

The location was quiet and had a relaxed ambience.
They should think of changing the bed mattress. Otherwise, well maintained.

Beautiful views, great breakfast options, affordable.
Everything was great. No complaints

great location, the views and the rooms were spacious.
rather crowded over the weekend-good for business, just not my preference.

We stayed at Bouldvard Inn Mount Meru after finishing our Kilimanjaro climb, and it was an incredibly relaxing place to stay after 7 days on the mountain. They were able to do a load of laundry for us despite our later arrival, and we enjoyed our meal and drinks at the restaurant with live music. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the views of Mount Meru were gorgeous!
The luggage storage was slightly disorganized (they didn’t know where our bags were at first when we came back to pick them up post safari - seemed like just a staff miscommunication), but they found them fairly quickly so it wasn’t a big deal!

very comfy bed in a quiet and safe area. Great food for breakfast (included), great restaurant on site. hot water and water pressure perfect. ac and fan provided. pool is small but clean. there is also a gym. very nice garden with view onto mount meru.
a bit loud on the weekend when the bar/beer garden is open until late, but my room had a window away from it. this means less goid view but also more quiet.

Property had a nice view on Mt. Meru and a nice beer garden. Room was big. Staff was kind in arranging for taxi on the day of departure. Prices were honest compared to some hotels in the neighbourhood.
Room was quite old and some things such as soap dispensers did not work. We took tap beer once and we had to leave it as the smell was bad. In the first night we could not sleep because of the loud music coming from the bar downstairs (until 2 a.m.) and a noise of metallic door being hit by something. lastly, there was no mosquito net in the bedroom and the mosquito nets on the windows were a bit damaged with holes.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was nice.
Great view of Mount Meru.
The room was comfortable and spacious.
The beer garden is very noisy.
Even though our room was away from it, the noise woke us up at night.
Breakfast starts at 6.30 but it is never ready at that time so we had to eat in 5 minutes to be on time for tours.

The manager on site has poor integrity. Said to my husband we had not paid a $71 charge but this was already paid for via Booking.com. Said the internet was down. I went to the office, had her check the Booking.com site and I showed her the payment. When she copied our passports there was already an American passport on the photocopier. I do not know how long it had been there. She did not put it in the safe or phone the owner. After she finished with us she put the passport back under the cover of the photocopier. I feel sorry for the schmuck who probably ended up with one big headache.

Perfect view, and the room was big and spacious with great facilities

I liked the onsite restaurant and beer garden, very nice. Breakfasts were good. The site is also really pretty and the views of Mt Meru through clouds (at this time of year, May) were quite nice (see photo). The hotel also manages to feel quite out of the way on a hilltop lane, while actually relatively quite close to downtown Arusha, shopping, supermarket, cafes, craft market etc. Evenings were breezy and cool which felt really nice after hot days in lower elevations (I was visiting the Nelson Mandela University)
there was a little puddle by my bathroom toilet, I think a leak, I'm not really stressed out by these things but other guests I think might be more concerned, time to get the plumber in... (room 21)

Very nice location and beautiful gardens, restaurant and bar area. Nice pool and lawns as well!
Not many negatives except air conditioner didn’t really work very well.

nice property, situated well in Arusha (even if the city is small, this was quiet but quite central). Comfortable roomw, nice on-sight beer garden and restaurant

The bar was great with outdoor comfortable sitting. Food was good. Environmental setting, i.e., garden provided a good outdoor sitting place.
Food was a bit overpriced and the quality of towels in the rooms was below expectation. The breakfast provided as part of the room price was too light which necessitates paying for additions.

No staff available at the reception table you have to go around and look for them so you can get service. The cleaning of room is done after being followed 10 times. Overall very bad service not worth the money I paid.
The worst thing I didn't like there is no communication with the staff and no one is aware of anything. On my last day the staff got to my room to use my washroom without my permission when I gave the key of the room so they can clean it for me.

when we arrived they couldn’t find the booking. instead they gave us the last room they had with a very small double bed (we booked twin beds). the second problem is that I handed in my laundry and they lost a few om my clothes. If you need the clothes for the rest of your trip don’t do your laundry here. They ‘lose’ your clothes and then they don’t care or give any compensation for it.

The rooms were large and beautiful, the decor was magnificent all around the facility. i loved the bar! Very friendly staff and owner-he gave us a 20% at the bar for one of our colleague that was celebrating a birthday. The views of Mt Meru from the hotel are just magical!

it’s beautifully situated on top of a hill with stunning views of mount Meru. staff and owner very kind and helpful. loved their meals, the furniture is classy and very authentic.
generally, the pace of things is slow, so you have to be a little bit patient while there.

Location is good.
Rooms was basic no tea or coffee. When book and says Large bed should be Large and not Queen bed. They should specify the size of the bed one may ask for twin beds instead. Breakfast basic nothing special. We arrived and there was no one to recieve us and thereafter staff at the bar the ones took us to show us room after room. We were told Owners were not around to manage the place. I must say deco in restaurant and lobby is fantastic.

The view, the space in the room
Pressure of hot water was very very low… almost impossible to get a shower. It was loud till 22 - downstairs is bar where people watching sports.
