Restaurant was great, lovely and quiet location!
We were heading to the airport on the day we were checking out so we had asked to prearrange a driver at the hotel reception the day before to get to the airport on time, however they didn't actually organise it until we were ready to leave and we then had to wait 40 mins for the driver to arrive. We still made it on time for our flight but it caused unnecessary stress for us.

The property was in a great location. Easy to get to and easy to find. The grounds were also beautiful and well kept.

The place is located near the center of Arusha. The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed and an electric kettle. The bathroom had a strong shower. The staff were very gentle and provided everything that we needed, including arranging breakfast very early and shuttle drive, so we wouldn’t miss our flight in Kilimanjaro airport in the morning. I really recommend this lodge!

Fabulous staff with Eddie going the extra mile. Attention to detail was perfect. Food was amazing home cooked. Bed was so comfortable and water available for drinking. Will be back next time i'm in Arusha.
Difficult to find location but when I called the staff they were more than happy to assist.

Immanuel on reception was awesome and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Good bathroom and hot shower. Nothing mind blowing but a comfortable place to chill for a day post-safari
A bit far from town and quite a long bumpy alley way to get to the location (although on the flip side this means it is nice and quiet)

The staff was incredible and very accommodating.

The location is not ideal, WiFi is erratic, room wasn't looked old, very few option at the resturant. But the staff made the stay memorable. Right from airport pickup to the person at reception and chef all of them are very helpful and kind. I am giving it a 7 only because of the staff.
