Clean, comfortable and close to the township. This is my second visit.Rob was friendly, and showed me how the tv remotes worked. I like how you get a jug of milk, so can enjoy a nice cuppa as soon as you arrive.
No sofa to sit on, for watching tv. But it was a double/studio so no room for one. Otherwise, all good.

Friendly Staff. (Helen) Clean. They gave a jug of milk, and it lasted the two days we stayed. Close to the shops. Waipu and Warkworth close enough to do a day trip. Comfortable. Easy Parking. I would return again. Excellent blackout drapes in the bedroom.
Was hard to see the driveway to the motel but once you knew where it was, easy to find.

Nicely furnished, well equiped kitchen, clean. The bed was comfortable. Nice sunny outdoor area. A good restaurant very close. A quiet location off the main street with plenty of space for parking.
No outside lighting. It was very dark in outside the room and in the parking area and driveway, made worse by the nearby streetlights not working.

Very very clean. receptionist was awesome made us feel really welcome. Enjoyed our stay.
just looks a bit outdated, but for the price to be expected. they made up for it with the cleanliness, literally everything was spotless.

Service was excellent. Convenient for a stop over on our way north. Easy walk into town for dinner and facilities to enable us to make breakfast in the morning.
No fan in back bedroom as there was no air conditioning and it was a hot day/night

It's off the main highway so very quiet. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower room very good. Looked like it had been recently renovated with a great kitchen area with all you could need.

The owner was friendly and very helpful. There was easy access to the motel, the unit we were in and also a great open bathroom for our friend with mobility issues. Good water pressure too.
It was all good. If I was going to knit pick I could say that there wasnt a cheese grater available but it wasnt the end of the world.

Quiet location with beautiful gardens in easy reach of main street shopping. Rooms are welled appointed with a useful kitchenette. Clean and tidy with an excellent bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff.
Only minor issues are that no box of tissues provided or suitcase rack

Tv reception...better satellite coverage like sky...couldnt watch ABs loose sadly.
