Location was excellent, so central. Spacious apartment, clean with everything you need.

Shower needs fixing. Controls need recalibrating. Was difficult to get to temperature and then was too hot. Shower head needs replacing - it was dirty and blocked with limescale. Generally shower tiles and surround are tired. Also apartment needs a bit of a paint - inside wardrobes particularly and also some marks on walls. Access code email came rather late (only 2 hours before check-in time) - I live in Guernsey and turned off my data when in UK as expensive so had problems getting in as had not received instructions.

Lovely . Just needs a massive clean . Orange grout in a what could be lovely is a massive shame .. stains on sofa .

Cleanliness

Had to walk a distance with luggage in tow to collect the keys.

Great location, apartment was nice.

A real pain having to get the keys, had to walk to another apartment block to get keys and then walk back to our apartment, not great with two kids in tow. They don’t tell you this when booking, so be aware of this process!

Air con not working, when reported just told that they knew, property in need of deep clean and has some maintenance issues aside from the air con - didn’t help it was 30 degrees on weekend we stayed

There is no front desk so you were unable to speak to someone face-to-face. Responses via text were delayed significantly.  Having to go to a different site to pick up your keys is a hassle. Lack of instructions on multiple things. Sparsely stocked apartment.  Since there is no air conditioner, it would have been nice if there were fans for every room-We had to ask for them.  The fire alarm woke us up in the dead of night, even though there was no fire. The freezer is malfunctioning. Front door to the flat is very difficult to open and close and the handle kept falling off.  Pillowcase coming apart. Shower floor very slippery. Rugs slip when you walk on them. Two of the doors to the balcony are broken- one closed permanently with a kitchen utensil. The door to the master bathroom was not functioning. Somewhat noisy street.  Lighting is poor in the master bathroom. There is a missing light fixture in the living area so all you see is a hole in the ceiling. The guest bathroom shower constantly drips. 

The room is spacious and nice decorated, suitable for family and friends gather together
