Amazingly welcoming Bed and Breakfast in the heart of Scarborough 5 star

The host took time to talk us through all the amenities, was very friendly and pleasant.

The parking was good. The location was good for the Open Air Theatre. Check in and out was easy. The room was a good size
It was overpriced and it was only rom only if booked through Booking.com

Excellent value for money with a warm welcome Robyn's Guest House will stay on my list of places to book when in Scarborough
A little too far from the centre and no off road parking ... Parking restrictions for roadside parking

The owner informed us what to do in case of a fire, which was unexpected but a valuable piece of information. He was informative. Shower was good.
Too many rules!!! Breakfast was an extra cost. Rooms were dated. Bed was hard and pillows were hard. Room wasn’t cleaned properly. No wardrobe, which is ok , but no hangers to hang clothes on. Room was cold, maybe the heating could have been on a timer? An extra blanket for the bed would have also been nice.

The staff were very friendly and it was very clean. The bedroom was spacious and had everything we we needed including a fridge.
We had to leave before breakfast started on the day of departure. Would of loved it if we could of had ours at the guest house. Apart from that I cannot say a bad word against the guest house. Just a asking place.

The staff were very friendly and the guest house was in a great location. The breakfast was amazing!
Some of the items in the room could do with a little upgrading- lamps, etc, but the room was good value for money.

Never got to stay there.A lame excuse on arrival of a broken bed meant we had to stay in a basically overflow room house.Leaky toilet,wifi not connected,no milk for drinks and a room which basically looked like some one had slept night before.No option of abreakfast either.And to be charged full price was very disappointing.

Large room, clean and comfortable, in friendly small guest house. Good wifi. On main road (with lots of other guest houses), but room at back, so quiet. Some 10-15 mins walk to main centre of town - restaurants, shops, etc. Booking said breakfast was extra, but turned out to be included in the price.
