Lynda hat uns beim Frühstück in familiärer Atmosphäre absolut begeistert, sie war nicht nur eine gute Gastgeberin sondern auch eine sehr unterhaltsame Gesprächspartnerin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lynda was extremely friendly and welcoming and was a wonderful host. Not only does she offer top quality accomodation but also an excellent continental breakfast and a lot of tips about Inverness and the surrounding area. Definitely, this is the place to stay.

Very warm welcome and great travel tips given during breakfast. The host also immediately helped when one of us fell and cut his hand outside. Would recommend this guesthouse to anyone.

The place is charming and a few minutes away from the best pubs in Inverness. But the best thing in the guesthouse is Lynda! She is one of the best hostess that I ever found. We didn’t expect such a great reception! Thanks for all!

The owner of the hotel was just and incredibly nice and amazing person! Everything exceeded our expectations! Linda made us a route for both days and it was incredible. The breakfast was just amazing, the handmade cakes delicious! They are so kind you just feel like you’re at home. The room was big and the beds really confortable. I’ll recommend this to all my friends! Thanks Linda for everything!

It was amazing place to stay and cost was also very less for group. Also, I requested for early check-in and the landlord Lynda immediately agreed for early check-in. She was super friendly 🙂

Near city centre. Large room. En-suite Bathroom - really good shower. Comfortable beds.
Single bed had a squeaky bedframe which was annoying for person sleeping in bed and others in the room.

The room was bright, cheerful and suited our needs perfectly. Our host was very welcoming and gave us a lot of precious information about the area and life in Scotland. Breakfast is very nice. The location is great too.
