Fabulous quiet location, nice large apartment.

Very good value for money, equipped with all you need! Quiet and remote location, though it can be a bit too remote for some as there are not many restaurants in “town”.

Walls are not soundproof at all. Building and furniture are a bit old (style) as you can already clearly tell from the pictures. Wouldn’t spend two weeks here but it’s convenient for a few days.

Great location , very nice and clean apartment . Just a reminder , if you going to swim at Orzola beach, also known as ‘Playa de la Canteria’,  beware of dangerous currents especially if the waves are big. If in doubt do not go over waist depth.Rips move randomly, do not enter the water at the right hand edge of the beach near the rocks as there is generally a bad rip out to sea there. For a nice and relaxing swim use the other beach , which is on the right side from the town of Orzola - Playa Caleton Blanco .

Basic kitchen equipment .

Our host was very helpful, and the accommodarion was perfect. It was easy to access, parking was nearby, the apartment was well equipped. We had a great time.

It was very spacious and squeaky clean. Iván is a terrific host; very communicative, helpful and attentive. The cleaning staff was also very nice and smiley. The apartment has a nice balcony and the access to the rooftop is an added bonus. A free parking space was right next to the property, which made things a lot easier for us. The property is just a few meters away from the port where you can take the ferry to La Graciosa island.

The Internet connection can be improved, especially if it was to be rented for longer, working holidays.

We loved the view from the rooftop of the Volcanic mountains meeting the ocean. We recommend the coffee and tres chocolate fresh pastry for breakfast in the cafe with the view of the Marina.

The appartement Was super beautiful, well cared and had a perfect location right next to the Harbour where the ferry to la graciosa goes. The owner was very polite and helpful.

the apartment had a comfortable bed a comfortable settee and a decent chair, all the facilities I could need and was in a good location for the port and the few restaurants.

The double bed was a problem with two people in. We were both always rolling to the center of the bed during the night. Fortunately there were also two single beds so we slept apart

Very nice apartment with everything needed for a holiday. It was clean, the beds comfortable, the toilet flushed, there was hot water and wifi signal was good. It is very close to bars and restaurants, the sea and bus stop. Also very close to a supermarket.

The pressure in the shower is low, maybe needs a pump?

Clean rooms with a lot of space in a quiet location, with good connection at the harbour and many restaurants in walking distance.

The bus connection, but that is not the fault of the apartment owner of course😉 The appartment itself was good and we had a great experience.

Location was amazing, the village is quiet and with a great view. The ferry for the island of La Graciosa is 3 minutes walking from home and I totally recommand to take one day to visit the island and bike ride all around ( not city bike, it's pretty wild but unique! We mostly found ourselves alone with the island and its nature, indescribable!) The surroundings are amazing to explore, super satisfied for having chosen this place and village. The house has everything you need, the supermarket is 5 minutes walking and there are 3 or 4 restaurants around. The terrace is INCREDIBLE with a stunning view all around.

Nothing in particular. A little hard to travel around with the bus if you don't have a car (like us), but is very easy to get to the apartment from the Airport. We rented a scooter for 2 days and we could explore the center and north of the island. There are buses for the most important spots of Lanzarote, but they don't pass so often , you have to be very organized ...but if you love to explore some more hidden places you'd better rent a vehicle.

Extremely welcoming and helpful Ibàn always responded to my messages if I had a question. Which I only did have a few...because he told me everything I needed to know about the Apartment and local area as soon I checked in. He was just brilliant. And a really nice guy too. . My Apartment was so clean and comfortable I loved staying here. And will definitely book again. I honestly cannot praise him and the Apartment anymore. I had an amazing 9 nights here. And cannot wait to return. 10/10 i felt so comfortable and at home. 😀 Thank you.

A specious apartment located right of Orzola's port, next to all restaurants and 10 mintues walk from one of the most amazing wild beaches I have ever seen, but yet extremely quite and calm. Ivan the owner was extremely nice and welcoming, helped us with tips about where to go and what to do, the flat gets a lot of light, full equipped kitchen, has Netflix and a strong WiFi for those who seek to work remotely like we did.

Doors slamming is kind of a thing in this building if you forget a window open, rather than that everything was pretty good.
