Location good and spacious
The third bed room was a lowered double be only 12 inches of the ground very poor standard of a bed as everything else was very good

Location was excellent, size of the property was good.
The bedroom situation wasn't the best as you have to walk through one room to get to the other room also the bed was a camp bed with the mattress so thin. The main bedroom the bed didn't feel secure. The place was very bad with ant's when we were there.

Lovely house perfectly located by Playa Chica. Ideal as had a 3 yearl old who could play safely outside.

Guest bed was not at all suitable for a person with physical limitations as it was very low to the ground and quite uncomfortable

Great location
Although clean, the whole villa was dated and needs a complete overall. Window in bathroom won’t open for example. Cabinet doors don’t shut properly.

Casa Tiati is ideally located close to Playa Chica so you can go straight to and from the beach. The house is suitable for a group of couples with 2 double rooms and a twin room. There is a smart TV with WiFi. Booking and check-in were easy.
Facilities are basic, and a little dated/tired. Plug sockets loose in the walls, the WiFi dropped off mid week and couldn’t be reconnected, there were no cleaning materials or rubbish bags, and many of the small, ‘nice’ touches often found in similar properties were absent. There was no mid week linen change or cleaning, something often included with other properties. There was a washing machine, and we brought our own washing pods. If you are a group or family it would be reasonable value, as a couple we found this property did not equate to many others we have stayed with in this area.
