Villa was clean and tidy big bonus was the pool .The location was spot on 5 min walk to main strip .The host was great if we had any questions so all good would definitely book again 5star .

The villa was amazing. Everything you could possibly ask for. Spotlessly clean. Everything you could ask for even the pool was heated.

Villa was perfect . Very spacious, clean, had everything you need, plenty of spare towels, WiFi was good . Pool is heated and decent size ,it is deep if you have small ones. Location was perfect., just a min and half walk to the bars/restaurants/beach .. we hope to 100% return in the future

Comfortable, lovely welcome basket, quality fixtures, plenty of kitchen equipment etc. Pool well heated, great location. Villa is huge. Great host, the villa really is fabulous and very well stocked, even down to a blender for your cold coffee!

Single mattresses and duvets, despite being double beds, comfortable just not used to it. Would of preferred more outside space , or atleast being a little prettier. We would of liked a freezer

The villa was amazing, everything was there what we needed and the host was so helpful! Location is superb literally behind Route 66 making it easy to get to the front.

Villa was great. Very spacious, clean, comfy beds, had everything needed for a our stay, from kitchenware to plenty spare towels. WiFi was fast and stable. Pool is heated and decent size. Location was awesome, just a short walk to the beach/food/convenience stores

The pool, outdoor shower, location, the air conditioning and all the extra touches that had been included in the kitchen, extra towels, a few options for coffee, down to even a box of paracetamol.

The property was absolutely amazing - such an ideal location in the heart of the town and having our own pool to enjoy was a dream. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and there is a spar just down the road to pick up food.

On arrival Villa was clean and very spacious, with a lovely welcome pack of items and folder of places to visit and eat. Amenities above expectations, photos don’t do this Villa justice. location to beach and shops excellent, would highly recommend this property and would love to visit again.

Host had thought of everything and was particularly helpful by allowing us to check out late on the last day as our flight was in the evening. Location is excellent, close to everything but on quiet street.

The villa was bigger than expected and had everything we wanted for a very comfortable relaxing stay. The swimming pool was great and the location perfectly central. Very quiet despite being only two streets back from the main strip and beach. Already rebooked for next year.

very spacious & modern it had all the facilities you need. perfect size to share with another family as rooms are well separated at the villa. host Thorsten and staff very good. location perfect. this has been the best villa we have used in Lanzarote in the past 7 years of using private villas. we look forward to staying here again. perfect holiday !

The villa was perfect, spotlessly clean, fully equipped with everything that you need for your stay. Our host Thorsten was very responsive and helpful on our booking A little welcome basket was very much appreciated. The kitchen has every item that you need to cook for yourself and faimly. The villa is very spacious and comfortable with two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. Two bathrooms with showers and lots of towels were provided. The lounge area is very comfortable and the television has access to satellite channels while separately there is Access to uk and Irish TV channels. Outside the private heated pool was lovely with plenty of space for 8 sun loungers and a separate dining area to eat outdoors. There is also a small laundry room and space to hang out clothes for drying. The location is very central, close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the beach.

Thorsten is a kind, flexible host, supported us during our stay. The 4 bedrooms are in two different part of the house: 2-2, that is why it is really suitable even for two families. Very well equipped kitchen!
