The neighborhood was very quiet. There is a tram nearby that can easily get you to the center of the city. The host was very nice. The place was warm. I would visit again.

Private and spacious with anything you might need from hairdryer to coffee, sugar, tea, chocolates, even toothbrushes, very nicely prepared
No sink in the bathroom and in the bedroom instead was super weird, the host was over the top - not a fan, even called me rude for cracking a joke... It's a service, don't need to engage with the host that much.

The owner is very nice and helpful, upon arrival he offered coffee and information about places we could visit, transportation and supermarkets. Location was very close to the train and tram stations, and far away from all the hustle from the city.
Some corners could have used deeper cleaning. The place wasn't dirty per se, but the towels smelt a bit like they had been in a drawer too long, and some areas were dusty.

You have your own privacy with this property, own entry to the building and own toilet available for use. Good amount of space to spent time in when it's raining, enough facilities to make some quick meals. Big supermarket 5 minutes away.
No stove available, quite limited if you are used to cook for yourself. Some appliances were not in the cleanest state.

The location is very nice.
The bed and the wash basin were not very clean. There were dust.

The room is very clean and cozy. Actually, you pay for one room while you get to use 2.
The owner was very friendly and recommended a place to eat with discount.
The location is good, if you're fast as I am you can get from them to the train station in 15 minutes by walking.
I was required to pay in cash, whereas in Booking it was written that the property accepts card payments.
There is also 50 EUR deposit guarantee for the key, which the owner returned upon check-out.
Basically, this was all money in cash I had with me so I had to withdraw at an ATM and pay ridiculous bank fees for nothing. This wouldn't have been a problem, as long as I knew it in advance, which I didn't....
And lastly, if "B&B" stands for bed and breakfast as it assumes, there wasn't a real breakfast. There was however a really nice collection of coffee and tea, as well as cookies.
