No daylight un the rooms. Rooms extremely small

El personal fue muy atento, respetuoso y simpático, resolvían mis dudas sin problemas y dejaron que guardara mi equipaje en el hotel mientras me iba por la ciudad, ya que llegué antes de la hora establecida. El hotel tiene todo. Asegúrate de elegir la habitación que más te convenga. Por ejemplo la mía tenía poco espacio, pero para mí es perfecto así. Hay baño y ducha compartidas, pero es un hotel pequeño, así que siempre están limpios y no concurridos. Se incluye cepillo de dientes y otros objetos útiles de uso diario. Para mí 10/10.

Para mí no es un inconveniente, pero está a unos 30-40 minutos andando de los puntos de interés, aunque los museos están a unos 10-15. Si no eres una persona que ande demasiado quizá sea un problema, pero Almaty es una ciudad llana y no requiere un gran esfuerzo. Lo que es el centro está al lado y hay cafeterías, centro comercial, etc muy cerca.

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, i vari servizi elencati (palestra, zona lavoro) sono effettivamente esistenti e disponibili. C'è anche una lavatrice utilizzabile, Tè e biscotti in abbondanza.

Probabilmente ho prenotato io con velocità e senza leggere bene ma non capisco come sia possibile avere in Booking una struttura di 3 stelle con camere senza finestra. Sembra di dormire in un garage, pessimo.

First off, even right now while I’m reviewing the property I see a photo on the booking.com app of a room WHICH DID NOT MATCH THE REALITY. When we are booking a room, we shouldn’t feel that a property is hoodwinking us… which this one most certainly is!!! It’s called a hotel here but it was a HOSTEL. Even the sign in the front says hostel. Even maps on the internet show it’s a hostel. They’re LYING - how do they get away with this? I WOULDNT HAVE BOOKED IT IF I KNEW IT WAS A HOSTEL. They make sure that you pay right away at the property because they know they’re scamming you and people won’t like having been deceived. Also they offer an airport shuttle but it’s way more expensive than just getting a taxi, SO WHAT’S THE POINT? My private room was tiny, it was so claustrophobic, like staying in a capsule hotel in Japan. The shared bathrooms were gross because the toilets and showers were together so when I showered I had to smell other people’s feces. The hotel staff had put up signs EVERYWHERE saying how they’ve been rated 9.4 on booking.com and how most people give them a ten. Pure manipulative tactic… I felt like they were trying to give us all Stockholm Syndrome… “See, we are good! Like us!” As they have us caged and tortured lol… Seeing as how they have lied about being a hotel (they’re not one) and they have manipulated people like me with photos that didn’t match reality, I wouldn’t put it past them having manipulated the booking.com rating system… because it makes no sense how it’s scored so high. even the people who stay here and get their own room can’t possibly think this is anything over a 7.5???? It’s not even a private hostel… you literally have to pass by people in cubicles doing office work to get to and from your room and the lobby. I honestly feel like this business shouldn’t even exist. It’s a moneymaking scam that puts a stain on tourism in Kazakhstan.

- Great location - Very friendly and helpful staff - Good wifi - It really deserves the 10/10 despite not having a private bathroom, it was amazing value for the money paid

- Some people might not like sleeping in a room without windows, but I absolutely loved it!
