Страхотна локация, на минутка от пешеходната улица, в идеален център. Прекрасен широк етаж от къща с достатъчно място за всички ни. Собственичката Мария е на разположение за всичко, изключително приветлива и мила жена, с много ненатрапчиво поведение, уважавайки личното ни пространство. Много голяма тераса с хубава гледка към планината.
Самата улица е леко по-шумна, защото е натоварена, но това не е по вина на домакините.

It is the 2nd time for us here! Wonderful place to spend the 1 night rest on our long trip drive to Greece. The apartment was very clean and the parking was safe. The location is great (in the heart of the city). The host was very kind and waited for us although we have arrived at a very very late hour.

Everything was fine. We appreciated the safe parking in the yard, because we were in transit in Bulgaria and left the luggage during night in the car, without any worry. Very good communication with the host via WhatsApp.

2nd time here. Very good for transit but also for a few days in Sandanski. All facilities was in good conditions and the apartment was clean. I had also car parking. Close to the center.
Only al little minus: Small space for cars.

Everything is perfect, the host Zlata is super kind, she showed us everything and helped to settle down. Location os great, you can see mountains from you balcony. There are actually two balconies, we didn't expect so it was pleasant surprise for us.
Everything is clean, a lot of different stuff in kitchen and so on.
We liked it very much, sorry we stayed only for one night in case of transit.
Highly recommend to stay at this apartment!

Exceptional for exploring this incredible beautiful city and also good for transit to Greece. The host is very kind and available to offer you all the information you need.
Parking a vehicle is possible on a small alley right at the property.
