I asked twice in 2 different phone calls if there was a lounge as well as a bed in the lounge-room, of the family room and was told yea. Get there, no lounge, no where for a family to site except on the bed or dining chairs, Putty all over the walls where they have been half repaired, stains on the carpet

very Clean and well appointed, just the beds need replacing .

We love staying at abode. It was our third time stay however, upon booking it was mentioned that the room has balcony but upon arrival we were informed about no balcony whatsoever, this is false advertising and i was very upset due to this.

It was mentioned in advertisement that the room has balcony however there was no balcony.

Location good, size of room good.

Aircon in fixed temp. No way to change, room incredibly hot, no windows to open, only a door. Main bed extremely uncomfortable. Dishwasher not working. Kitchen plates etc… not enough.

The long walk, minimum towels and equipment. Wine glasses would have been handy and bread and butter plates as would a bigger rubbish bin , as required when staying 3 nights

Great parking, the pantry was helpful. Comfortable and Clean with lovely helpful staff.

Lots of noises through the night, banging doors or something like that.

The beds are very comfortable, and it was very very quiet, so for sleeping its an excellent hotel. Convenient to have a washer and dryer in the family room. Plenty of parking. We were also able to park a trailer, which was great.

The uncleanliness of the shower- Mould. When rooms made up, beds are not made up as you would expect. Covers pulled up over an unmade bed.

Nice comfortable room with everything we needed. Bathroom and shower were also nice.

Noise was apparent when the aircon was switched off. Not sure where it was from but it was in the background.

The bed was softer than I prefer.

We have stayed here on several different occasions and are always happy with the accommodation. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need for a short/long stay eg. washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, cook top, fridge, microwave and kitchenware.

The bed is worn. I like the softness but your feet are higher than your head 🤣
