Hotel location is fine. Roomcleaning only once dvery three days (but you get new towels every day). Staff is very friendly.

The room is very small and dark. The matras is hard and makes some noice. Breakfast is very basic.

Had a super comfortable stay! Note that the beds are a little bit hard if thats a deal breaker for you but I have a bad back so it was perfect. Close to the station, note at Ikebukuro its best to take exit 34 or 35 towards Sunshine city to get here easily. Despite being so close to such a lively area, immediate area around the hotel was super quiet at night! On top of that there is a family mart on the ground floor

It’s clean and comfortable. quite close to Ikebukuro station too. washing machine available on 10th floor, which was a bonus.

Convenient location at walking distance from Ikebukuro station, easy to find. The room had a shutter that made the room dark which was helpful to sleep well.

Check out time is early (10am) and no flexibility to extend it (they charge you 1000 yen per hour, and only able to extend 2 hours). Free breakfast is nice, but limited selection.

Really convenient location. Excellent service and staffs that speaks English. Nice room and clean environment. The toilet with smart bidet offers really good experience.

It'd be better if the breakfast period can be extended!!

The room is too small

Perfect location only a 5 minute walk to Ikebukuro Station, very close to other amenities like a convenience store and post office. Taxi services also provided and there is a taxi stop near the hotel making it easy to move your heavy luggage from the hotel to the taxi.

The breakfast could have been better.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They provided lots of useful information and helped me with my luggage. Excellent service!

The breakfast options were limited.

Very convenient location to Ikebukuro and Higashi Ikebukuro stations, as well as very close to shopping areas around Ikebukuro. Breakfast was very good too! Check in and check out was very easy. This was my second time staying here and will likely stay here again if I need to be in Tokyo.

At one point I experienced a bad odor in my room, but it was just due to the water level in the toilet. Once the toilet was flushed and the water level returned to normal, the odor went away quickly. Not sure why it happened, but it happened twice when I was out during the day. A bit of an odd experience but not a huge issue because it was easily remedied.

Excellent location,very short walk to both Ikebukuro station and Higashi Ikebukuro station. I got in very early on an overnight bus and was able to check my luggage in at the front desk until check in. The front desk was also very helpful when I locked my key in my room. In addition, I was able to store my luggage at the front desk for almost a whole day when I checked out as my overnight bus was not leaving until the evening. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again when visiting Tokyo.
