We really liked the view and the air conditioning.

The breakfast was a lot shorter than advertised. Usually, places that advertise breakfast included provide continental breakfast. We were offered coffee and bread as breakfast and if we wanted a meal it was an additional charge.

Nice pool area.

Everything was okay in the apartment. Not in tip top shape, some issues like water not flowing through the drainage fast enough. No major issues.

We loved everything about this property! The penthouses was so spacious and airy and clean. Breakfast was great. The proximity to beach club and short walk to center. Highly recommended!

The cleanliness, very spacious, good services, pretty close to the beach, abundant trees for privice , swimming pool was decent size, good service!!!

Only thing is the complementary breakfast is really light, but... the restaurant personal so nice !!!

Good size apartment

We couldn't leave food outside the counter or even water on night stand with out getting bugs on the food, we bought pizza and had it on kitchen counter and when I wanted to get a slice it was full of ants

the apartment just has one bathroom and we were 5 so it was kind hard to be sharing only bathroom

The space is beautiful. The pool is very nice, we loved spending some time there. Rooms have very comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Beach 1 min walking is very nice and there you have cafe del mar that has great food for both breakfast and lunch.

They ask you for payment in cash. We had to ask to discover you can pay by paypal - why not just offer this option in the beginning? They require an ID document to give you towels - very weird policy. Breakfast is very basic. Black coffee, toast and a fruit. I understand they want to sell a la carte items but if it’s already included in the room price, they could improve it (or just don’t offer it at all). Location wise, you can walk 10-15 min to the center or punta cocos. However, under the hot sun, that’s a lot. There’s not much around the hotel as the island is still in development. In a few years I believe there will be a lot around. For now I would chose something a bit closer to the town center.

Apartment was perfect for a family of four, beds were super comfy, lounge area was very spacious. The pool was lovely to return to after a day at the beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly. WhatsApp message on arrival with helpful hints and recommendations for the island was great. Easy enough to walk into the centre for dinner but far enough away from the noisy bars which there are plenty along the main beach front.

The only small issue we had that there was no kettle in the kitchen although there was a great selection of tea bags we couldn’t make any of the teas.

rooms lacked mirrors (except tiny one above basin in bathroom). very basic kitchen facilities so not really good if you did want to cook a meal - but plenty of good food nearby.

Such a calming environment. Loved the staff, always so helpful. Loved the location, only about a 10 min walk to the center of town, and a two min walk to the beach so no golf cart needed.

Breakfast, it is listed with breakfast, but they offer only coffee and bread and it take long at about an hour to bring them. The breakfast menu they have is paid but you need at about two hours to be ready. It was very disappointing

The rooms are nice and there is a kitchen. It is also very near the beach.

You have to pay in cash for everything. However for the deposit, it was ok to use credit card... so the machine works then! The pool was not clean.

Everything loved the place the staff was so accomosdating. The place was very near the beach within wañlikng distance. I would go there again in a heartbeat. Can't beat the price for the location and accommodation

The apartment was spacious and clean, the place itself was peaceful and comfortable, close to the beach, the pool area was very nice.

The inclusive breakfast was disappointing in comparison to every other hotel offering breakfast.

Unfortunately our stay here was very disappointing. Don’t let the look on this place deceive you. Aesthetically it’s stunning however our stay was quiet the contrary. On arrival we needed to pay cash up front. We walked around to the two functioning atm on the Island to no evail. Some didn’t even have money in them. If you wanted to exchange your towels for the pool this can only be done on the third day. Your towels get Sandy and dusty pretty quickly considering it’s a Sandy island but they are not happy to change your towels. The bar was never open any of the evenings/night we were at the accomodation which were both nights. A young worker Andy did try his best and was the most helpful at this apartment. The receptionist Freda arrived late to reception when reception opens at 8am. We needed to collect our American cash deposit( for the room) and license( held for the towels) to leave for an 830 ferry back to the island. No apologise when she arrived late @ 830. She was rude and unhelpful our whole stay. They ushered the young man Andy to grab a beer for us whilst 3 of them (Freda x 2 males) sat around at reception. Andy was preoccupied folding towels but this did not faze them. They said “Andy can get it for you”. He did get us a beer, was kind and tired his best to help us but his hands were also tied with the rules on this place. The room had tea bags but no kettle, no chopping boards. If you want an island stay I’d highly opt out of Holbox as a whole. The island is overrated by a long shot and super expensive.
