The hotel is clean, the room is nice, big, clean and well lit (stayed at Executive suite), it has kitchenette too, there are greenery area near the pool, which is nice, play area for little kid & small gym. Short walk to the mall, salon & toll. All the staff were lovely

Location is good. The apartment unit and equipment are new

Bathroom layout in the master bedroom is awkward, water closet is visible from the bed. Bathroom is visible from corridor, so we have to make sure the bedroom door is always closed. It needs a door to separate the bathroom lobby/ walk-in closet from the main bedroom. Water closets need jet-spray. We are in south east asia what is so difficult in providing Asian style water closet?? Dishwasher is dirty/never cleaned?? When we opened it bad smell started to spread and it's dirty, rusty inside, and there's a glass left by previous guest?? Tea and coffee supplies were provided only for 2 persons?? We are staying in 6-bed apartment. Why so stingy in providing daily supplies?? It's not even costly but will make the stay more convenient. We went outside in the morning and when we return at 2PM, the apartment was not cleaned. I expect cleaning would be done during the duration we were outside but it seems not. These are just feedback for you to improve the quality of stays.
