Firstly the host sue is a brilliant host.The facilities are very clean.She is always there for the guests. I felt as if I was in my own home

Sue our host was excellent, looked after us very well. I am gluten free and she was able to cater for that for breakfast. Room was very clean and cosy with lots of cushions and bolsters on the beds, great for lounging on. The front room was also very good, comfy sofas and a nice setting. A 10 minute walk and we were in the centre of town, Sue also provided parking permits and posted back some items I left behind. Top spot.
For the money I can't see it being better. Bathroom was pretty small but worked perfectly.

Property was comfortable and well presented, beautiful flower display in the borders to the front. Sue the host was lovely, very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The room was compact as was the en-suite shower room and the bed was a small double. It was perfect for me but would be a bit cramped for two. I would suggest putting a flat sheet on the bed to sleep under as the duvet was high tog and far too warm on hot muggy summer nights.

breakfast was great and tasty and the location was perfect to the conference center. took me literally four minutes to get there for my events each day. Sue and her husband were friendly and very helpful. Sue kept communicating with me days before i arrived and i found that personal and touching. overall i had an excellent stay. the venue i had an awesome time.

I booked for mty mum & she loved it so much shè wanted to move in! Sue, the host, was so lovely and couldn't do enough to help.and make my mum feel at home. The housr and rooms are gorgeously decorated and clean. My mum enjoyed the roll top bath to relax. Really recommend!!

The location was excellent 2 min walk from Exhibition Halls,and within easy access of centre of Harrogate. Room was perfect,attention to detail superb,breakfast was mighty!!Sue was the perfect hostess,and nothing was too much trouble would strongly recommend.

I was visiting Harrogate for an event at the convention centre and the location couldn't be any closer! East to walk to the convention centre and into Harrogate town centre.

Sue is a very friendly and welcoming host. The room was warm, cosy and spotlessly clean, it had everything we needed for our three night stay. The location is excellent being only a short walk from the town centre. I would recommend a stay here 😊

This place is absolutely beautiful, inside and out! The hosts were extremely attentive while also giving me space to come and go as I pleased. They were looking after a lovely dog called Charlie who made my stay 100% better than I expected.
I couldn't fault it whatsoever, even if I tried really hard.

It was very cosy,very clean hotel room.The personal was really friendly,helpful and understanding.Hotel has a great location.I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there next time when i come back to Harrogate.
