The host Ahmad was really friendly and helpful. He honestly went above and beyond for us. He even gave us a map with all the best spots marked up. He also made sure we had everything we needed and would check in on us. I am very happy and Ahmad really made my stay much better.

Jack and Ahmad were amazing hosts. They made sure our stay was absolutely great! We stayed in the two bedroom villa for 5 nights and it was the highlight of our trip. It's on the quieter side of Gili which is nice, short walk to resteraunts and bars on the quiet side. Only about 10 minutes into town by horse taxi or bikes. We had an amazing time and would love to come back and stay again.

Really beautiful hidden gem on Gili T. Ahmad was really friendly and welcoming and always on hand to deal with anything. The villas are huge and really cool with a swing and a great private pool and really feels like you’re living in the trees. Bedroom was big and the bed was really comfy with a great shower. Mini bar always stocked full. It feels very private but very close to the sunset beach area. They have bikes for hire too. Would definitely stay again )^o^(

It was near the beach

It is called treehouse because of the tree growing inside it and it is impossible to sleep when it is wind everything is moving like it is earthquake, the place is not private you always see what neighbors do and they see you, the door to the villa has no lock and in wind weather it is bumping all night long and in the morning you find it open , there is no toothbrush and toothpaste, there are no tissues, staff even couldn’t provide me antiseptic, bycicles are old and not working, in the morning there was no electricity and no water

we loved everything about this villa. Would highly recommend. Wara was especially helpful and booked our horse and let us know when transport was outside so we didn’t have to stand out front. He also did us the most beautiful drawing of me and my partner and let us know all the locations around the property. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay

the staff were great, they try their best to cater to our needs and assist us to the best of their abilities. i do feel the villa is understaff, but nevertheless, they try. communication was easy - via WhatsApp. Wide variety of breakfast as well love the toilets as well Away from the busy main streets so you get that isolated feel. Shout out to Wara who has helped us throughout our stay. They did a little bed decoration to commemorate us which was sweet water dispenser was grear Also, would like to add on, "the Junction bar and grill" which is about 5 mins walk from the villa is WORTH trying. one of the BEST barbeque seafood ive ever had!

I booked this villa to celebrate my partner's birthday and our anniversary. I got a good deal on booking .com but i believe this villa is towards the pricier side, with that being said, there are some expectations which were unfortunately not met. 1. Sliding doors were not functioning- they were jammed on arrival 2. Bicycles lent to us were in bad condition. we had to change our bikes twice- seats were not adjustable and were uncomfortable 3. the villa was located in the middle of a lot of garbage around us 4. Prolly understaffed 5. No availability of a floating breakfast - which is disappointing especially in villa of this calibre of luxury. 6. No mosquito nets (although bug spray was provided) - we were getting bitten everywhere throughout the night despite our efforts spraying bug spray everywhere. The villa was built to resemble a treehouse, which had alot of gaps and holes in between, which introduces flies and mosquitos in. Mosquito Nets are essential for such establishment, as these Nets can also protect guests from Mosquitos that can possibly cause dengue fever, which is very common in southeast Asia 7. Breakfast was not included in the price. 8. I can actually look into the next villa and see what they were doing i also do feel like pictures are are a little heavily edited and misleading. The guy who took care of all the customers was super friendly and explained to us all that we wanted to know. He was also reachable for us all the time and was super quick with fixing issues. For example when the lights in the pool did not work he directly came and did all the electrical work with the power cables and the lamp itself. The owners of the place can be very happy that they have him.

The staff was amazing - friendly and took care of ever request and was available at any time. Communication via WhatsApp was smooth as well. The premise is really beautiful and we loved our treehouse villa. It is located on the quiet site of the island. It was impressive how clean the rooms were.

Nothing material, just for clarification: The busy side (restaurants, cafes, bars, dive Center etc) is located on the other side of the island which is a 10-15min easy bike ride which we found was not an issue. We would have expected that the bikes were included in the price but the price for rent was reasonable and OK.

Staff couldn't have been any more attentive. They did not miss a mark. Loved this place! 10/10

The whole design of the treehouse and the staff were incredible. It was a total escape. Loved the private pool and delicious breakfast served to the room by staff who were so friendly and willing to accommodate any request, The hotel seems far from the main beach but is very close to the sunset beach which was less busy. That said, in 10 minutes by bike you can reach the main town, longer by horse - hold on tight as those roads are bumpy but it's a real adventure!! LOVED IT. A special thanks to Jake who is just beautiful.

Maybe just take away the empty dishes faster. I can't fault anything else.
