Het hotel/villa was zeer rustig. Weg van de drukte maar ook niet te ver af met een fiets.

De fietsen waren een stuk verouderd. Eerst een platte band, dan eens kapot gesprongen. We kregen wel meteen hulp! Eten dat je besteld komt van ergens anders toe in een bakje dus dan denk ik dat je beter zelf om iets gaat.

I love the aesthetic of this hotel! It is beautiful and thoughtfully put together for comfort. We had a room with a lounge area which was great for extra space. The location was great - close enough to the action but not too close so it maintained the ultimate relaxation vibe.

The rooms were huge and very comfortable! Nice decor, nice pool. Staff were very nice and helpful. Good laundry service.

The location was far from the main strip, and was a little hard to find especially late at night!

The staff really do go above and beyond for you at Cocotoa, from making sure you have enough water to recommending restaurants. We only stayed one night due to another accommodation being horrendous and I was so so glad it was so we could find this gem of a hotel. They couldn’t have been more accommodating putting us in room 9 so that all 3 of us could stay. They provided beach towels, water, hairdryer and iron and the breakfast was INCREDIBLE. Again with the most wonderful staff making sure everything was just right and so friendly. We had the pancakes and fruit and it was honestly a dream. We hired bikes and went round the island - I cannot fault this wonderful hotel and staff. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable!

We had a great stay at Cocotoa Boutique. The accommodation looks just like the photos. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had the scramble eggs and fruit for breakfast, which we enjoyed. There were bikes on site for us to rent and use for the day. The hotel is close enough to all the action but still quiet and peaceful. We had to leave quickly to catch our water ferry, but the staff sent us off with a big smile and safe travel wishes. We will definitely stay here again in future travels.

The air conditioner works fine - just a reminder to close the bathroom door, and it will keep the room cool! Maybe a face cloth to go with the towel but not a necessity. We had no complaints or concerns.

the staff was great, very welcoming. rooms where clean and very modern. would defiantly recommend for anyone visiting Gili trawangan. Staff helped with hiring bicycles and transport around the island.

Room was nice, clean and comfortable with a modern touch. Pool area was also very clean and quiet. Bikes were available to rent at property. Staff were also very friendly.

We felt the bikes should be free to use for guests instead of paying a daily fee. The breakfast was average with little options.

beautiful little hotel with very tastefully decorated rooms. comfortable bed, fridge and kettle in a room. note it’s a bit of a walk to the main street but little more peaceful although you have other hotels and villas around that could get noisy (Cocotoa restricts pool hours and parties). half open bathrooms are back to back to each other & you can hear others in theirs and can get slippery during rain. I’d appreciate if they had a refilling water station instead of buying plastic bottles. WiFi was good.

breakfast could be improved

I had a Villa at the resort which had a private pool, great sized room and everything you would need. It was directly opposite the reception for the hotel, staff were always around and it felt really safe/friendly.

Nothing it was great! Whenever I return to Gili I will stay here again!

the bathroom wasnt very clean. the shower pressure was low and the water was cold. most importantly, the location is not very good. it is far from everything and there are alot of rubbish right in front of the hotel. the breakfast was extremely average. also if you are thinking of using the bikes, please note the bikes are all rusted and truely need maintenance.
