Good location away from the busy nightlife. Good value for money! Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool outside our room.

If you don’t like gecko’s then you may need to check before you enter the bathroom as it has an open ceiling and they tend to enter now and again. The breakfast menu was limited and could be improved to better the overall stay!

Me and 9 other friends recently stayed at Ponte Villas, we are well travelled individuals and we have never stayed at accommodation where the staff are as friendly and hard working to ensure we had the most amazing experience ever. Marcell in particular went the extra mile for any of our requests, as did his team. He made us feel special by remembering all our names from the offset. Jumasip was our breakfast man who every morning lifted our mood with his friendly face and service. A few other special mentions: the beds were delightful and ridiculously comfy and the pool was addictive, Riyan made sure we were well refreshed with beverages with a smile throughout the day and the floating breakfast was the icing on the cake. I would recommend ponte villas to anyone staying in Gili-T, the best accommodation on the island!

The villas are modern Balinese. the manager was unreal friendly and knew all our names. The floating breakfast was such a special touch. The villas were spotless and just off the beaten track but a very short bike ride and your in the mix. I loved that they were tranquil and quite.

location is perfect: close enough to the busier part of the island without any of the noise or interference. Staff has been incredibly helpful and accommodating. The rooms are modern and clean. Good place for families with children (not for toddlers running a around but babies and children able to swim under minimal supervision).

The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The rooms were fantastic and the pool was lovely. The location was perfect, far enough away from the noise but a five minute walk.

The dinner menu was not great but plenty of restaurants nearby.

I really enjoyed the calm atmosphere and clean environment. The room was perfect for two people but too small for bigger groups. The pool and views were great and the pool was open for guests until 11pm which was a great deal for us! The location is perfect because it's just outside of the bar noise but still very close to everything. The hotel has a great beach near by and you can also take surfing lessons there. The beach bar is nice.

The rental bikes were not in a good shape. One of the bikes broke and it seems they never fix the bikes. Some of the staff were very friendly but some of them seemed to be bored and not that kind... The bar and restaurant area was dead. There were no menus in the room so ordering to the room or pool was hard. The staff had zero initiative.

Gili Trawangan means Ponte Villas. This was my second time in this extraordinary villa. Perfectly clean and decorated. There is everything you may need. Professional and welcoming staff! Simply perfect!

very well laid out, fitted out and an oasis in Gilli T. very impressed by the design, the finish and cleanliness. Staff very good, very easy and safe to book through hotel excursions. pricing drinks good. breakfast excellent. whole villa complex couldn’t fault. beds by the sea and bar.

there was nothing I dint like about the property but I would just say it would have been better if they would have kept free pick up and drop facility from the harbour. as it was 12 mins walk from the harbour. overall a good place to be

This was my second stay at Ponte Villas (first time was in 2018) and the experience is really great - great facilities and swimming pool. Very friendly staff.

We had s big problem with a group of guests that did not respect the quiet time after 11pm, even after they were asked several times to turn off their music as other guests could not sleep. The problem was that the arrogant guests ignored everyone and just went sbout their business, playing music until 1.15 am and then again after they came home from partying in the middle of the night … and the staff of Ponte Villas did nothing. There was no repercussions for their behavior. I would have expected that such a high standard of property would be able to enforce their own house rules, perhaps get a guard if the staff is not able to act out firmness. To be honest if it was not our last night we would have requested to be moved to another part of the property or to get our money back and we would have left.

extra charge is asked for the bicycles , witch in my opinion , if you want a 10 that’s a thing that you should not ask for , specifically when the bikes have seen many monsoons

We absolutely loved our stay at Sabana! We didn't want to leave! The whole place is so calm and relaxing, with lots of little touches the make the stay extra special. The pool is divine! One evening we had food and drinks on the rooftop bar which was great. The staff are super friendly and chatty. The location is ideal, with so many great bars and restaurants on your doorstop. There was also a gym nearby. The hotel arranged car or motorbike taxis whenever we needed them. I would definitely come back here and recommend booking, the perfect place to stay in Ubud and such good value for money!

BEST LOCATION for accomodation in Gili T. It is less than 5 min bike ride to the “main” eastern strip of the island which was PERFECT AND SO EASY but because it was just a bit further down and tucked back a little we didn’t get ANY noice from the clubs late at night or mosques. Would definitely stay here again. We were so happy with our choice to stay here.
