The staff were incredibly helpful and very cheerful. The rooms were huge and the pool was great. Zul, Plan and Robinson were extremely accommodating and very informative.

Cockroaches in my room which made me quite uncomfortable. The accommodation is very basic, rooms are really in need of renovations. The space and location has so much potential but really needs some work. restaurant is in a great spot but no atmosphere, passable food, and doesn’t feel particularly clean. You can get more for your money on Gili T.

the staff are very friendly and nice , the rooms are spacious and clean , the only issue they rent their sunbeds to other people not guests so if u dont go very early u wont find space which is very annoying , i read this on the reviews however i thought it wont be a problem but it is ! i had to talk and fight with them to be able to have a sun bed other than that the area is great not too busy the price is not bad compared to other places , drinks are nice breakfast that was included is not bad

Amazing stay - location right in front of the beach with sunbeds that belong to hotel and with the seaturtles right on the coast that you can watch all day. great laundry service provided by hotel for a small fee. Great spacious rooms and smart TV with Netflix. Hotel is walking distance to all activities and bars yet in a quite place away from parties so it’s peaceful. Staff is just the best - they will find and bring you everything, very helpful and can organise tours for very reasonable prices. Best stay you can get in Gili.

The pool was nice and the staff was very helpful.

We stayed for 7 nights and they never changed the sheets. We got new towels uppon request. We had handtowel the first day when we arrived, after that no handtowels. The place is worn down and needs maintenance.

Nice location, a bit of a walk from the port, but when you reach the beachfront property it is very nice. The beachfront access is very nice and is located right on turtle beach, where you can see turtles swimming.

No WiFi in the room, and when the signal miraculously appeared it was very slow. There were a lot of signs of wear and tear on the property. The bathroom door was tiny, you can't walk through them straight. The bathroom door handle was installed so close to the other door, you hit your hand every time you open the door. The view out of the windows was tragic.

Excellent location, not as busy as other places closer to the wharf. It has a really large, warm, shady pool. We could snorkel on the beach out front with the turtles all day. 100% success rate at seeing them! Lots of food options are very close by as well as the hotel restaurant, which is excellent. We recommend hiring pushbikes for the duration of your stay to get around the island!

We loved the position of Villa Unggul in Gili T. I have been before and found this the best area for swimming. The rooms in Unggul are very spacious and the fridge and kettle are always welcome additions. The staff were helpful, attentive and kind. We really liked how quiet it was at night , away from the party area but near enough that the walk was fun. This is a good basic hotel. The pool was also good. Breakfast was basic but good. We were all satisfied. We all enjoyed our stay here, would recommend!

All was fine, I would like to put here about bike hire although this has nothing to do with hotel. We hired bikes from next door, near to hotel , I believe the name of bikes was Mawar. Anyway, we had a bike stolen which was unfortunate but then we had to pay them 2 million before we had even got to end of rental period even though we could have had the chance to find it. They did eventually find it, but charged us 1 million for a finder's fee and then did not return the bike for rest of rental. I felt like this was a bit of a scam all in, having lived in Indonesia for four years, so maybe find a bike from one of the busier places near the harbour and always keep it locked and in the hotel at night. This has nothing to do with hotel just a note for people staying here for local bike rental. There was something about it that made me feel uncomfortable and that all was not as it seemed. Just an FYI.

Location. In the main street but away from the main crowd.

Breakfast. Veeery slow and ripetitive. They never got one order right from a la carte menu. Massive language barrier. They also should disinfect the rooms properly, we found ants all over the bathroom and it’s not really nice.

The hotel is located on the north part is the island, it’s close by restaurants, bars, shops and dive centers. The gardens surrounding the rooms are stunning and very wel maintained. the swimming pool is nice but it’s operating hours are short. Hotel’s beach was very nice but it closed at 5:30pm.

Room was spacious but spare, leaving space for trunks but some more furniture could have been nice. Perhaps due to staff problems or Covid, some facilities were close before nighttime (beach, bar, restaurant, swimming pool), whereas hotels nerv Even if you schedule breakfast, it’s difficult to get it on time, which may be an issue if you’re diving (tight schedule). Staff was mostly ok, except for a unfriendly receptionist.

Position was perfect on the beach, also it had one of the nicest pools on the island. Staff were the best!!
