Very good location with tram station within few meters from the hotel. Plenty of shops around, including "Coffee shop" if that's of Your interest. You could reach Center of Amsterdam easy with one tram ride. Free parking in Q park garage is included in the price and it's very convenient. The staff is very friendly and ready to help.

Bathroom door is made of glas and it's kind of weird with the toilette right behind it.

The breakfast was ok, but still not enough for the money I paid for my stay. The location was ok, 20 minutes from the city center and perfect for the conferences I attended.

The rooms are extremely small and not comfortable as you have to climb the bed from the bottom, not enough space on the sides. I have some walking problems and it was a great inconvenience. The room also smelled, problems with the plumbing I assume.

I enjoy staying at the Citiez Hotel for a number of reasons but the size of my room is not in keeping with the rates charged here, especially on weekends. Especially considering that the location, though practical re: public transit, is on the very outskirts of Amsterdam. Regarding the quality of comfort, cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness of staff...one couldn't ask for more. I liked it so much, I returned to stay here a second time.

The room could have been a bit bigger: for someone staying more than just overnight...I stayed almost a week...the little wall rack for hanging clothes with 4-5 hangers was totally inadequate. A narrow closet or an additional hanging rack would have helped immensely. Most of my clothes had to stay in my luggage, wrinkling more as the week went by.

The hotel is very close to public transportation. There are some nice restaurants near by and a bit of shopping if that is something you like also. The staff were very friendly. Room as clean and quiet. There was a little fridge and coffee machine in the room. Great location also for the show we attended.

Such a minor thing but the faucet in the bathroom loose.

You have a lot of shopping opportunities nearby. Its near the public transport and you get to Amsterdam city center within 30 min. It was clean for us. Staff was very helpful and we loved the parking opportunity.

We had the twin bed room. Sadly the bed was moving apart the whole time so as a couple we were worried all the time that one of us would fall between both beds. even though you can see it from the pictures I would not recommend this room for couples. The bathroom sink is in the room and very small. Also you have literally no space to put things away so clothes will have to stay in the suitcase.

With a bus direct from the airport that stops nearby the hotel and others transports nearby as well as supermarkets and restaurants everything is near and within a 5 to 10 min walk, the bus and trams that are near can take to you to the central city in 20min, calm place to stay.

The bed, sheets, pillows need to be cleaned better or replaced they were dirty.

Very nice stay in this hotel . The staff were very nice and attentive. The free parking was a real advantage. You can get to the center of Amsterdam after 20 min with the tram. Since the hotel is away from the center it's quiet but at the same time you have many shops and restaurants nearby.

Room temperature was low & controlled centrally, everytime we increased the temp in the room it dropped down again. Room was chilly at times.
