Although it was very small it was well equipped for all our needs. The location was amazing…10 min walk to colosseum. Felt like home from home in some ways too. Our children loved the fact the bed is on the upper level. The host was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay when we messaged her.

Central location, within walking distance from Termini. Also very close to the metro station. We also loved the nearby Vittore Emmanuelle Square, with abundant shade and open air movie screenings in the evenings.

The loft was nice, but with a very low ceiling. The stairs leading to it, need to be more stable.

As Americans we were very appreciative of the coffee and coffee maker. My kids also loved the bunk room with toys. It was perfect for one night stop over.

The apartment is not big, but it has everything needed for a weekend stay. The location is perfect , on walking distance to ancient Rome. The cleanness is flawless. Marina is friendly host, she prepared water and coffee for us. There is a metro station on 3 minutes, a lot of good restaurants and bakeries around. Termini is on 10 minutes walk.

Even though the house was not big, it was comfortable and had everything that we needed. The decoration is amazing and the home appliances were pretty new. The location was good to, 2 min from the metro station and walking distance (~15/20min) to a lot of touristic sites. I would stay here again!

The location was a little difficult to find on foot because of street signage. Google was difficult to use by phone and we used at least half our 20 gig data package over the course of an hour. However, we were met in a timely fashion at the main street and given a tour of the premises. The apartment was good for our purposes and centrally located. Our greeter was nice, and considerate.

Nothing to do with the apartment. It suited our purposes. Next time we will us a Euro Garmin rather then our phones.

Like myself, maybe you are hesitant to book because the apartment decoration looks a bit oldish. But I can say I had a very nice stay in this appartment. It's super clean. It may look small but is very practical. and has everything you need. Wifi is good, showers are ok, air conditioning works well, and location is awesome, close to everything you need to do at Rome. Marina is very kind and very reactive. One of the beds is in the mezzanine, where the ceiling is low but ok. The other bed (sofa bed) is in the ground floor and is super confortable. You can cook with the sofa bed open, if you prefer to do so. We were 3 and felt very comfortable (it would be ok for 4 people as well).

It's a very minor stuff: the sofa bed makes some noise when you move. But it's very comfortable and didn't prevent me to sleep very well. If you're sensitive to noise, better to use the bed upstairs.

We encountered a small plumbing trouble in the bathroom - host actioned this very quickly, but unfortunately it was more complicated and wasn't fixed at the first try.

The host speaks very little English. I had to explain what I meant several times. There is hardly any coverage in the apartment. Toilet pressure is very poor. At the very end of the trip, the ladder on which you have to climb to the mezzanine broke. My dad fell off and bruised his foot. It's good that it broke when he was going up and not going down, because he could get hurt more than just feet.When I told the host about this, the lady began to blame me for that I shouldn't booked a mezzanine apartment for parents (the mezzanine did not bother us, only the fact that the ladder broke when my dad was using it). She also tried to convince me that my dad had misplaces the ladder and therefore it broke. Which is impossible, because in a vertical position my dad would not be able to climb on it at all. If host response (after the accident ) was better, the rating would be higher.

The host was very nice and attentive. The apartment looks pretty it's small in the pics and it is, but it's super comfy, the beds are huge and it has everything you need on it. When we come back to Rome, we are definitely coming back here.

We loved the special touches. Water bottles, stuffed animals (made me kids feel comforted) and recommendations for restaurants. The location was great and worked perfect for us.

The couch bed was very squeeky. It kept waking us all up every time someone moved lol.

Lovely place. Near to many attractions. I would stay here again.
