stunning location..lovely walks and views and dog friendly..lovely and cosy apartment with all that we needed and more ..a package with everything in it for the pooch ..dog bed..blankets and a treat ..so thoughtful..and also a treat basket for us ! please go here if you want a quiet break with stunning surroundings with plenty of walking in the fresh air ..4 lovely pubs nearby for refreshments and food ..our favourite being the plough ..although the others were lovely as well ..

Great location, beautiful view, peaceful, clean, comfortable and well thought out.

Beautiful location

Perfect location and great hosts who are always available. We were in one of the upstairs rooms, apartment 4. Last time we were in their new room downstairs which was lovely. Apartment 4 is a great size affording plenty of space for all 3 of us. The kitchen, although small, was very functional and did everything we wanted it to. Just watch out for the fridge because at the back it will freeze your food slightly. This is the second time we have stayed here and it won't be the last as it's so perfect for hiking in the Peaks and is close to High Sorrs School where our daughter loves to go to the kids holiday club.

The mattress on the bed was a little too bouncy for us and we found the heat pump noisy at night, would have turned it down if we could

It was very comfortable great location and the staff was very friendly and definately come back 😄 and its a big thumbs up from the dogs 🐾🐾 😁

No oven, but had microwaves. All toilets en-suite so people using sofa beds had to go into bedrooms.

The view was spectacular, location was brill, 5ish min drive from the shop and chippy😋 close to plenty of walking trails!!☺️ the room had all we needed! excellent for self catering too! don’t always need an oven! shower was amazing, such a cosy room, couldn’t fault it. had the best 4 nights sleep I’ve had in forever, the bed was so comfy

Lovely, quiet location. Spacious apartment will everything family would need. Great place to rest and explore Peak District. Car park situated on site.
