Good location, 5 minute walk from Komagome st. in the Yamanote Line. 2 toilets (upstairs, downstairs) and a separated bathroom with shower/ofuro. AC upstairs and downstairs, tatami room and overall, a great house for up to 5 people. We didn't meet the host in person, but we talked on the phone and was very helpful.

Even the house could fit 7 people, I wouldn't recommend more than 5 if you're going to stay more than 1 or 2 nights. The main tatami room fits only 3 futons and the master bedroom has 1 bed and could fit another futon (so 6 people and not 7). We were a party of 7 and 2 of us decided to go to a nearby APA. In order to go downstairs from the master bedroom you have to go through the second bedroom and if there are 3 people sleeping in futons, that means jumping over them. Only 6 chairs, so as I said, excellent for 5 (maybe 6 people) but not 7.

Good location, good air-conditioning, clean

Not enough kitchen utensils, plates, cups, cutlery. Needs a bit more westernised items in the kitchen for foreign visitors. Futons in the second room weren't very thick and not very comfortable.

The host was organized, helpful and responded to my messages quickly. The accodomation was located in a quiet local neighborhood. It was a good way to experience the local life if you like to. It was about 10 min walk from the JR station. The house was clean and provided all the facilities that we need.

Not at all. It's just a little bit far to the JR station if carrying heavy luggages.

Very quiet residential neighborhood, but plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The wifi is not pocket but a proper one, with unlimited data and good speed which enabled me to work effectively. The host was very responsive.

The cleaning was not done thoroughly, and when I pointed that out to the host, he was very attentive and in the end gave us some discount. The layout of the house is not optimal if you're a group that want privacy for sleeping quarters as you need to go through one room to get to the other. There are not enough kitchenware for the number of people it can house.

Lovely clean apartment with two rooms upstairs. Two toilets. Close to station (8-10min walk) on the JR line so easy to get to other places.

We stayed for 8 nights but were only given 1 towel each. There was no hand towels or tea towels to use in the kitchen area.
