The location. The size of the apartment. Having a balcony door that opened onto sunshine. A very comfortable bed.

Would have liked wine glasses, there were only tumblers. A pair of scissors would have been helpful, and a sharp kitchen knife.

Location, apartment nicely decorated.

Mattress very uncomfortable. I can't sleep on spongy beds this affected my back negatively. Perhaps it's memory foam?? The fridge made a lot of noise and got louder as days went on. I tried to solve it by unplugging and re plugging it but this only worked for a few moments. Very noisy day and night 😔 it looks rather old perhaps it's time to replace it.

The location at the Charco is perfect. There was a great terrace to spend the evenings.

The stairway of this duplex apartment is relatively steep which would it make dangerous for elderly people or families with children.

Quiet despite being meters from the bar restaurant strip. Supermarket 50 meters away. sheltered balcony facing sea. Firm beds. Shampoo, salt and pepper and enough toilet paper. everything worked. only caveat is that the stairs are steep and half-stepped so a bit tricky to negotiate until you get used to them. Great

excellence location, nicely decorated, clean and practical. Plenty of restaurants nearby and great recommendations of things to do from Paula.

Regretfully the kitchen was only minimally equipped, no pepper or salt, and the light above the stove did not work.

The flat is great with a beautiful view 🤩 the host, Paula, greeted us at arrival with a map od recommended places to visit & where to eat. Perfect location, fully equipped flat including washing powder, shampoo, etc. Definitely recommend, hoping to come back soon!

Beautiful location, nice style, well equiped kitchen - also cleaning products included, you can find almost anything what you need for your stay in apartament. Good cleaned.

Only one thing which was a little bit annoying is that you can hear very well noises from other apartaments, but it was not that bad at all.

I have never been in Lanzarote before, my partner and I decided to go there one day before, and everything was excellent. Laura, who gave us the keys and also explained to us the places to visit during our time in Lanzarote, was very kind and supportive. I highly recommend this place, situated in the center of Arrecife (capital of Lanzarote).

This apartment is situated in a perfect location in Arrecife. It is a 2 minute walk from a lovely strip of restaurants looking out over a beautiful little marina and it is a 3 minute walk from the main shopping area and down to the coast. The area felt very safe. It was spotlessly clean and very spacious. Paula, the host was a joy to deal with and answered any questions immediately. She also has very good English and was very helpful in giving advice on where to go.

Absolutely nothing!

Close to beaches (10 minutes walk), restaurants and a shop. Apartment had plenty of space for 2-3 people, friendly host and cleaner even hung my washing up for me which I didn't expect....

No noise proofing, can hear chairs being dragged around upstairs and loud conversations

The beautiful interiors, the location is perfect, the bed is big and comfy.

The hot water for the shower takes a little while to activate and then gets tricky to regulate.

The place had the best location ever! Great restaurants, sueprmarkets, etc! The flat was super nice, well decorated and even had instructions on how to use EVERYTHING. Nobody ever thought of that. Internet was super fast, i could do home office from there.

Everything was super nice. Nothing to complain. They were nice to let us check in early!

Perfect apartment to stay in Arrecife, very central, great wifi

It was the nicest apartment I stayed in Lanzarote. It's exactly the way you see it in the pictures. Modern, clean and in a perfect location.

If you are noise sensitive you might need to take ear plugs with you as it's quite central.

Fantastic location overlooking El Charco, The apartment was really nicely decorated with a large and very comfortable double bed with nice pillows. The TV had Netflix which was a bonus as I was travelling on my own for work.
