The apartment was ideal for people whom want to go hiking. The bus station was within a 5 minute walk to go to different areas. The beach was amazing. The harbour was very scenic. The apartment was well equipped to cook your own meals. There is a washing machine upstairs. The supermarket and shopping mall is a 5 minute walk..The owner answered questions quickly. And very kindly allowed are suitcases to be left in the property as we had a 22;00 hour flight

Está ubicado cerca del centro comercial, hay aparcamiento de tierra justo en frente bastante grande, el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días genial. Todo muy limpio y la dueña estuvo muy pendiente a nosotras en todo momento.

No está adaptado para PMR porque tiene unos 4 escalones para llegar hasta el ascensor y le faltó una plancha para la ropa, para mi necesario porque la ropa llega arrugada por venir en las maletas.

Schöne saubere Stadtwohnung, man fühlt sich sehr wohl.

Leider sind Stadtwohnungen mit Lärm verbunden, die Eingangs Türe klemmt mal mehr mal weniger.

A very comfortable, well laid out and thoughtfully equipped flat in a convenient part of town. Great kitchen, perfect shower room and fantastic bed.

Ultra-white top lights in the living room/kitchen (it’s a Spanish thing!) but you can borrow the lamps from the bedroom. The self-appointed ‘parking assistants’ can be a bit shouty even in the evening and plenty of traffic passes but it’s bearable.

endroit secure et tout a coté du centre ville a 10 minutes a pied .parking en face du logement tres pratique .Vanessa nous a conserve nos bagages jusqu'a notre depart et je l en remercie ..(l avion décollait dans la soirée).Decoration de l appartement et bon volume des pieces tres agreable.

il y a un peu de bruit a cause du parking seulement si les fenêtres restent ouvertes de l appartement durant les nuits chaudes, mais ceci est normal.A signaler aussi que la petite plaque chauffante non fonctionne pas.(ceci est un detail). la connexion sur le wifi pas mis en evidence.dommage.

This is very nice apartment that is close to the centre of Arrecife. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were very clean. An extra bonus was having n*tflix tv. Communication with the owner was excellent, we always had a response within minutes. We took the transfer from the airport offered by the owner which was cheaper than a taxi and very efficient.

The apart is very spacious and clean and there is a big free parking that you can use. The city center, the port and commercial center are walking distance from the apart. The owner is very responsive and the check-in went smoothly. It is great value for money.
