Bon emplacement, pas très loin de la gare centrale et de plusieurs stations de métro. L'hôtel est assez joli.
L'anglais n'est pas simple avec tous les membres du personnel d'accueil, même si, comme toujours au Japon, on se débrouille car tout le monde a de la bonne volonté ! La chambre était vraiment minuscule, on a fait 7 hôtels pendant tout notre voyage, c'était de loins la plus petite qu'on ait eu.

The air condition after a hot walk in the summer. There are two pillows so I could select the one that fitted be best.
There are no instructions what to do with the towels or trash on days when the room is not cleaned. I just put them outside my door. The toilet paper is too thin. Must use more paper. The room cleaners will enter your room even on days when it is not supposed to be cleaned (like putting the trash bin back or folding the toilet paper). The microwave oven in the lobby don't have a power marking (is it 500 W, 750 W or what?).

I really like this hotel, it never disappoints. The location, the cleanliness and the bathroom are all great. Good value for single travellers or couples.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is approximately a 15-minute walk from the main Tokyo station. The staff is very nice and helpful.
The room is very small, but that is everywhere in Tokyo probably. The wifi was sometimes unstable and slow but worked well most of the time.

Room was clean, fresh towels were provided everyday. Staffs speak adequate English, check in & out were fairly straight forward. We sent our luggages via courier in advance, and the hotel received and kept it for us.
Location, while there are many metro stations (making it accessible to many metro lines) nearby, it was still quite a distance to walk. Paid laundry service is available but limited to one only, and located at the lobby, which was quite inconvenient.

Good position to reach Tokyo station and Ginza quarter. Quiet, clean and functional rooms. Overall value for money.
Room was very small, as everywhere in the center of Tokyo anyhow. No lounge/relax/cafe area.

Tiny room, disinterested staff, like a sleeping factory - extra charge for everything. 500 yen extra for calling a taxi. Didn’t know what a receipt was, didn’t know how their own laundry system worked.

The room was cosy, the bed comfy, we had all necessary amenities. The area is quiet and safe, we arrived late at night. It is close to metro and the train station.
You need to figure out well which one is yours, there are like 4 or 5 APA in the area. The room is small, if you have luggage, you need to organise yourself. Not fitted for long stays because of room size.

The room was really TINY. The smallest room I've ever stayed in my entire life. Waaaaaaay too small even for only one person.
There was pee stain on the toilet seat😫, and the cleaning people were speaking pretty loud in the hallway every morning. If you wake up before 7:30am you'll have no problem but I was having jet rug and sleeping until 10am so they woke me up constantly.
I will probably never ever choose APA hotel group.

The hotel is very clean and provides everything you need. The breakfast was very delicious. The staff at the reception was very nice and helped us with everything - including sending our luggage to the next hotel.
The room was too small for two people to comfortably fit, but we knew how small it would be from the website so that was on us.
