The breakfast was good and we enjoyed. I was extremely happy with the accomodation , i even forgot my tablet at the garden ,one of your staffs found it and called while i had left . This is a sign of trust in your hotel and i really loved it. Once again , thank you very much I will visit your hotel again. I'm grateful.

Sahara Gardens exceeded all expectations. Their staff was kind and attentive, the food was delicious, and we truly felt welcome.

Breakfast was nice, the children enjoyed the big garden. Staff were friendly. No complaints.

They couldn't locate our booking. However, since the room was available we were able to stay.

the bar and entertainment area should have a place without loud speakers ... not everyone wants to listen to loud music? they should have a standby generator for guests comfort during power blackouts

Staff were not friendly. Tried to charge us more than what was given on booking.com. They eventually agreed to the rate but customer service was not the best.

Breakfast was good but lacked variety. The manager was really helpful with great customer service.

Front office ladies were chatty with loud laughter till as late as 2am.(outside our room)
