Last minute booking, very accommodating to request for late check out. Restaurant and service was great! Beautiful and yummy breakfast buffet

Property clean & neat. easy access to uber / bolt, Nice & secured. Staff was helpful. They even assisted when in needed some change or USD etc. Breakfast was good.. it had vegetarian options too. The breakfast starts early too incase if u have a early morning game drive. its 3 mins walk to diamond place & sky mall.

The construction site next to the hotel had noice. Also its a bit isolated in the parklands area. need to commute via car in & out of hotel.

I like concord hotels everywhere but this one doesn’t have the same image of the other maybe the rooms are just fine but the other things no at all

Gilbert the manager hold my wife hostage to force me to pay full price for a airport taxi when the driver could not be located for 30 minutes with multiple people searching for him causing much anxiety for my wife. When I raised the issue to him, rather than calling me back as he said he would, he harassed my wife. This is piss poor management. Never stay at this hotel!

The hotel was very clean and we had a spacious suite. Food in the bar/restaurant serving a range of Asian cuisine was beautiful and very affordable. Breakfast is very basic but there is plenty of it so you won’t leave feeling hungry.

There is no outdoor pool as stated across all booking sites. This was raised twice with management during our stay and has not yet been changed online. A receptionist sent two females looking for the outdoor pool at almost midnight to the 10th floor before telling us it doesn’t exist upon our return. There is an INDOOR pool which is basic. AVOID the “spa”. Had a terrible experience which left me feeling violated and in pain for days later. Unfortunately I was only given 50% refund and my initial complaint was ignored. If you want luxury and a relaxing experience then this really is not the spa for you.

The staff is very caring and helpful. the breakfast is delicious. the room is very clean and the bed is comfortable.
