Attention to detail, friendly staff and the cleanliness
Nothing to fault.
It would be great to have washing machine in the apartment as well .

Although breakfast was included, we had to pay for it. The breakfast was below standard and it took more than an hour to prepare.
We checked out on Saturday and requested our invoice, but were informed that we would have to wait until Monday due to staff being out. This is not standard practice.

The elevator is not reliable and we got stuck in it and so better to use the stairs

Very big and clean apartment. Apartment complex has own security guards and they really watch out for you when entering/leaving with an uber. Good breakfast options.

the staff were unwilling to provide service, they did not show respect to my time as a customer, everything was slow and delayed. The WIFI was not working for a full 6 hours, I had to make 5-6 calls for it to be checked. I would never come back here nor recommend it.

Have stayed here twice now. Very professional staff. Safe feeling compound. Food was good but did take some time to come out when we did order. Only thing is the outdoor pool is not heated but we knew this when booking. Did not stop kids having fun swimming. Location just of one of the main roads in Nairobi but you can not hear any traffic really .

They still maintain the cleanliness and rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. Very clean White Towel and Enough. and location Top it all.

General upkeep of the apartment was poor, torn window mesh was stuffed with toilet paper. Mosquitos were troublesome. Water pressure was aweful

Location was perfect. Good security - security staff were excellent. Daily Housekeeping appreciated.
Lifts to our 4th floor apartment regularly out of service.
Clean crockery and cuttlery left piled on drying rack - risking breakages. No drying cloth or kitchen roll provided.
Our long stay did not have regular bed linen changed unless requested - We however got clean towels and toiletries daily.

Charged for services that I did not receive. I had scheduled a massage (verbal). I received a letter a day prior to scheduled massage that the facility would be closed on my scheduled day. However, I was harassed and forced to pay half of a $50 massage. Although, I received a letter of being closed. I was told it was my responsibility to call to verify appointment. If you say closed that means closed. I will never stay again. People in Kenya are money hungry.

I didn't get to use the jacuzzi/steam room because they need to alternate days for ladies and gentlemen due to the locker room layout (understandable!).

Mimosa Court Apartments exceed our expectations. Our original stay was for 10 days but needed to stay an additional week after and the management team (Jacob and Judy) were fantastic, with rapid assistance always. Apartment and rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Great security felt safe and location very convenient. Food was good restaurant on site, was a bit chilly at the time to enter the pool but looked nice. We were definitely happy with our stay and will come back again.

Restaurant -we only ate breakfast there but your server, who was great, was also the chef so budget enough time. close to Central business district for touring

Could not get towels for taking a shower until 5:00pm. Check out was at ten, we asked if we could stay until 11:30am, so they charge us for a half night stay. For an hour and a half. Mosquito's we bad.
