The pool is excellent and clean . I had dinner and it was delicious .

The location of the hotel is very good and very close to big shopping centers. The apartment is spacious.
There was a construction and the corridors were dusty. The elevator to the parking was not working.

The location of the property is so convenient! Walking distance from west gate. And even though we didn’t stay long enough, the pool looked really lovely and had a nice view of the city. Rooms are also comfortable.
Although it looks okay, the condition of the hotel is deteriorating. The windows for example a very stiff and one able to live properly open or close. The bathroom sink cabinet was also getting old for example.

Location
Room not ready, pool in reality was unlike the Web photos. Check out was early or 50 usd for an extra hour. Had originally booked midday to midday. One hour before arrival, got an email say checkin 1400...checkout 1000. Elevators that worked were slow. Finished off with a power cut and stuck in an elevator.

Had a great 2 nights stay. The staff were wonderful, and the apartment was nice and spacious as well as near to all the facilities

friendly and efficient staff. although parking quite cramped, this time enough space. nice flat on the 7th floor with view over the quite neighbourhood. DSTv was working to see the World cup football and have a nice snack meal from the restaurant.

The Location and layout of the apartment.
the apartment was dirty, there were roaches all over the place.

Bathroom was clean and neat, towels and beddings were cleaning and comfortable. The house keeper who took care of my room was really kind and did a good job
Stayed here previously and had no complaints so I was a bit disappointed with the room I got and my general stay this time around. Kitchen in my suite was ill equipped and there was no basic commodities such as a choosing board or even a set of knives, you have to make do with one. Arrangement and spatial planning of the living area and kitchen isn’t very functional or convenient. Hot plate is provided as opposed to a proper cooker.
Lift from the basement to reception does not work so you have to haul your luggage to the reception etc.

Kingfisher Nest is in a great location with shops nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly. The accommodation itself was spacious and clean.

Location. Room was very nice. Swimming pool and gym available.
The shower overflowed a little bit but other wise good stream and hot water available.

For our long stay at the KingFisher, it was so nice to have a laundry machine to use. The unit felt like our home, with a nice living room, dining table, full kitchen and laundry. The gate staff were so friendly and welcoming each and every time we saw them!
The door lock was something to get used to, but once you did it was good to use.
