Cleanliness of BBQ facilities really not good. Night time really got a lot of insects and wild fly bat around effect the place dirty.(understand that was uncontrollable,just comment) Some room facilities is out or order

An amazing Villa for families with kids. The pool was perfect and the overall villa was clean and comfortable. Will definitely book this place again.

6 rooms and 5 bathrooms!! 4 of the rooms are ensuite. Very satisfied. It will give more privacy and Shariah compliance for women because it will be easier for them to protect their aurat. The kitchen, living hall, parking and swimming pool are very big. Children are free to moving around. In terms of safety, the property is located in a private neighbourhood, thus, barely any outsider. For those who are concern about the covid-19 but at the same time want their kids to have a great time, you should consider a villa with a private pool, it is worth the money, especially for the family gatherings!

1) The restriction of going to the pool (after 9 am) and making noise is a bit challenging to obey especially when you have lots of kids. It is hard to control the kids, but luckily we do not get any complaints from the neighbour. 2) The pool maintenance people coming in when we are swimming, not after we check out. Besides disturbing our privacy, the newly added chlorine to the pool is a bit harmful to our health (you cannot stop the kids to immediately jump into the pool, especially it was on our last day and we got only 2 hours left before check out. We need to fully utilise the pool!). 3) The water pressure in the bathrooms is very slow and the jacuzzi is not working. 4) No extra towel and pillows.

1) Complete utilities. 2) Big house with 6 rooms. 3) Big and clean pool. 4) Provide the pool towel. 5) Big master bedroom. 6) All rooms with air condition. 7) Can park 5 cars.

1) The staff stays together inside the office area attached to the house. 2) Many fans cannot be used (living, family hall (upper level), nearby pool) 3) Only provide 1 universal remote for the whole house. 4) One bedroom without fan and aircond cannot adjustable. 5) Faulty toilet at master bedroom and 1st level - clogged - intermittent can be used. 6) Low water pressure at Master bedroom - intermittent, even they provide the bin to store water. 7) Get reminder to slow down the voice in the afternoon at 5.30pm (avoid complaints from neighbors. This house is located at the centre of the row. How to control kids playing without any voice? 8) The sea not really clean unless after heavy rain. 9) WiFi only can be at upstairs.

Others is okay. House was really clean . No dust at all even the barbecue set all is clean. Really satisfied the cleanliness. The house include with the wifi,which is very good. Unfortunately we r not using at all due to everybody got their own mobile internet. The kitchen is really nice n full of completeness.

The staff. Not friendly. During check out I have to clean Everything by myself.i dunno I paid Rm1600 for what? Actually it doesn't matter, because we wash all the dishes before we check out . Just, we moved 1 bed from another room to other room. She strictly come to us n ask us to move it back. So unfriendly. The jacuzzi is not functional well..one of the fan cannot be used. Tell her, but still same. The house not suitable for any party because they are not allowed any loud music from 9am to 9pm.so it is boringgggggggggggggg....
