Nice property. Good apartment design. Great location
The apartment could be a lot more cleaner. For example, sinks, soap holder and other bathroom fixtures were dusty. Kitchen table, utensils and kitchen counters were dirty. Towels looked old and not fresh. If these aspects can be fixed, Unnathi Suites can be categorized as 5 star!

Almost every thing was good. Rooms were big and clean. Comfortable bedding.

Good location to stay. Easy to reach, transport easily available. Spotlessly clean premises and apartment. Comfortable beds and we'll furnished apartment.
Bed spread, towels need to be cleaner and need to changed. TV was not working, AC remote was not available, did not get this inspite of follow up.
