We booked the superior double corner room and we loved the view. The whole place, including the staff, gave a vibe of peace. The place was booked solid, but rarely did we hear the other guests. Breakfast was amazing....loved that they offered some yoghurt that was dairy free and some cereal that was gluten free. In addition, cheese, meats, seeds, vegetables, fresh fruits, breads, eggs made to order. A great selection of teas. The views from the breakfast/lounge area were amazing. The decor peaceful, harmonious with the outside surroundings. Heated floors, which I love. It is a family run business and the parents tended to the guests in the morning, and greeted us with warmth and smiles each day. I really can't say enough good things about it.

조식이 정말 맛있었어요. 요거트에 넣어먹을 과일이 비교적 다양하고 신선했습니다. 빵도 맛있었고 계란요리를 하나 요청할 수 있었어요. 그리고 저녁식사가 정말 맛있었어요. 시내와 멀어서 식사 때마다 시내로 나가기 귀찮을 거라고 생각했는데 나갈 필요가 없었어요! 3박 4일 머무르면서 이틀은 이 곳에서 먹었어요.

통창이라 그런가 낮에는 방이 조금 덥습니다. 에어컨이 없어서 견디기 힘들어 로비로 나갔을 정도에요ㅋㅋ 낮이 길다보니까 5-6시까지도 더울 때가 있었어요. 방에 선풍기가 있는데 틀면 좀 낫긴 해요.

Exactly what I was looking for…Beautiful, serene, comfortable. Easy taxi into town for about 5$, or take a nice walk along the water to get into town. The staff were attentive, looked into the details and were warm and friendly. Could not recommend this hotel enough and can’t wait till I can go back!

Magnifique hôtel avec une vue extraordinaire. Les chambres sont grandes et toutes avec des baies vitrées pour profiter de la vue. À 4 km de Puerto Natales donc voiture indispensable. Le restaurant est digne d’un gastro et le personnel très sympathique. Rien à redire.

Location in relation to town

One of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed! Our mistake was only booking one night. We just finished trekking the O circuit in Torres del Paine and wanted a comfortable place to recover. This was that and so much more. Every detail was perfect. My partner is usually less interested in staying in nice hotels but even he kept saying how sad he was to leave. He wanted us to cancel our glacier mini-trekking plans to allow us to extend our stay, but the hotel was already fully booked the next night. The staff were so nice, our room (no. 8) with the corner window was perfect, and both the dinner and breakfast were DELICIOUS (with wonderful gluten free options for me). I’ve stayed in luxe hotels like La Reserve in Paris and Four Seasons and was always underwhelmed - found them so stuffy, pretentious, and overdone. Simple Patagonia is beautiful, elevated, every detail considered, yet…simple. A flawless stay!

Beautiful view from the room, entire hotel was an elegant and luxurious space. Restaurant offered a wonderful dinner.

Room was very small. Because one wall is a floor-to-ceiling window, it felt a little uncomfortable that anyone could look in, also let in some light at night even with the blind closed. Not walkable to downtown, bus stop, or airport.

Environment, nice people, nice food, nice cats & dogs

Beautiful scandi/minimalist chic interiors - beds were super comfortable. Loved the breakfast also!

stunning property located right on the sea a little outside town which was nice and quiet - exactly what we were after after the W trek.

the property does not offer meals at lunchtime but they did help us source takeaway which was nice of them. however the vegetarian options on their dinner menu were very limited (1 main only which was mashed veg / corn gratin) albeit did agree to make us an (expensive) pasta dish as a second.

Gorgeous hotel with stunning views from both the rooms and the dining area. "Simple" decor is soothing, beautiful, and blends with the environment. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

It was one of the best hotel experiences we ever had! Beautiful place, excellent service and staff, delicious food. It is a very well deserved 10 and there was absolutely nothing that could have been better. Thank you very much!

Fabulous family run hotel. It feels really homely the minute you walk in. All the staff are very friendly and helpful with loads of local knowledge. It is a striking building with amazing views from the restaurant. The rooms are extremely comfortable, without fault.

Only one vegan option on dinner menu (which was a starter). Although this was made up for at breakfast when we were served with a selection of vegan baked goods.

This serene boutique hotel is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. We had a corner room with views toward the snow capped mountains and over the sound. Every aspect of the property is curated to create a zen like aura. Sadly, we were their only for one night! It is out of town but taxis are readily available and in expensive in Natales. Hotel restaurant meals (dinner and breakfast) were excellent.

My husband and I absolutely loved this hotel and wish we booked a stay longer than two nights! The design of the hotel is simple yet elegant; we loved the minimalist look, which highlights the natural beauty of the surrounding area. The views are spectacular from every room. Service was exceptional and the breakfast and dinner offerings were delicious and varied. Getting to and from Puerto Natales was easy--a taxi will get you to town within just a few minutes for about $4,000-5,000 Chilean pesos. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to others!
