if you park next to the hotel you run the risk of your car being covered in seagul poo .

The Staff were very good and the breakfast was one of the best i have had in a long time the Chef was first class.

The Hotel parking was limited which is fine but trying to get into the parking spot was hard. I am a HGV Driver and I am used to getting in to tight places but this was very close to damaging my car which is not nice thing on holiday. The Gate opens and because it takes so long to get into the car park because of the Large Red Bins on the right were you have to turn left into the car park. The gate stars to close. I drive HGV for a living and I found this is not a thing you need on holiday. I hate to think about other drivers .

All meals were of a high quality,room was excellent with a fantastic shower. The hotel is in a great location just a few hundred yards from the pier

Was pleasantly surprised with hotel standard and had no dislikes

Staff were lovely, couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was lovely, all the food you can imagine.

Paid for a family room expecting a single bed for my daughter but she had a z bed. Issue with the mattress but was quickly resolved.

the food for Breakfast and evening meal where unbelievable. Being able to change the menu every day was amazing. As my husband is disabled they offered to move our room to a ground floor G1. The size of the room was more than we expected and as it was the other side of Reception and there were doors between us and entertainment, so was so quiet. Although not a seaview as such as the window was on the side of the Hotel but even so the view was fantastic. The hotel's situation is very handy and I think if you get there at a good time the parking is very convenient. The staff couldn't do enough for you from the lowest member right through to the owners. Lovely to find a hotel that has been in a family for so long. Thank you, we will definitely be back.
