The tv so tiny and old not able to get amazon to watch via my membership
Towels where stained brown and black and tiny flat like cardboard
bed was old sloping on sides, duvet was thin and old
Annoyed that there was noise from above till 12am
seating area was at front of building on busy road well taken pictures
no safe bb parking available, even outside on road

lovely friendly owners, very welcoming - warm, hard working and efficient. Breakfast available till 10 which was good.
nothing really- if I was being picky I’d say the view into the street across has large bins at the side of that hotel which could be helped by a gate or trellis but that’s not the fault of Lynton. And possibly better ventilation/ convection to eliminate the smell of bacon permeating through the whole house in the morning at breakfast- if I were a veggie it might be a struggle!!

Excellent- Lynton House was exceptional, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will visit again.
Our hosts were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Everywhere was spotless and extremely comfortable with lovely views of the bay. Breakfasts were delicious and piping hot. Excellent standard in all aspects.
There was nothing to dislike.
Facilities were first class.

Everything was perfect. I genuinely couldn't find fault. Staff are very helpful, smiley and on hand ofr anything you need. Food is fabulous..rooms are lush..everything you desire. Location is spot on, close to the beach and the centre for shopping. Will definitely return.

Sheridan and Mark were excellent hosts. The bedrooms were super everywhere was spotlessly clean. The breakfast of the highest standard.

It was close to all amenities and close to the Pier. Staff was lovely and very helpful. We could not carry luggage and they helped us with it. We asked for some attractions nearby and they gave us nice locations. They even left a note for us to explain in detail what to look out for. Super delicious breakfast and service especially eggs Benedict. Will definitely return!
Just one suggestion breakfast can easily start earlier so that we can start off rhe day earlier. Otherwise exceptional!

Central location for town, beach, pier and The Orme.
Sheridan and Mark are the best hosts, nothing too much trouble.
Clean room & bathroom (can be cleaned daily if required).
Amazing breakfast served with a warm welcome and smile, again nothing too much trouble.
Would highly recomend a stay here and would return if visiting Llandudno again, wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.
I don't have any negative points to say about The Lynton.
Parking can be a slight problem but they do have 4 spaces at the rear of The Lynton for guests and you can usually find a space on the roads around The Lynton as it's free from early evening until 10:00am enough time to have had your breakfast and get out for the day, so not really a big problem.

My room was the cleanest room Ive stayed in for quite sometime. The breakfast was superb and the owners and staff were very friendly and hospitable. IMHO, youll have to go a long way to beat this BnB. I'll certainly rebook when I return to Llandudno. Highly recommended

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, can’t fault the attention to detail and friendliness of all the staff. Very clean room and lovely sitting room.
